Possible for one person to sleep in the bed above. Located on the waterfront by Lake Skarvann, we offer the perfect base for swimming, fishing, kayaking/boat trips and more. The cabin has a shed with an outdoor toilet, shower, sink and cold and hot water. Large patio with covered outdoor kitchen. Great sun conditions. Experience complete relaxation without time impact and traffic noise.

Simple accommodation

​Simple and functional apartment in a quiet location. Here, you live centrally with a short distance to everything: ​Risør town centre: about a 10-minute walk. ​Swimming areas and hiking areas: approx. 10-15 minutes' walk. ​Sleeping arrangements: 3 regular beds with the option of one extra sleeping space on the sofa. ​ Amenities: The apartment has its own toilet inside. There is no shower in the apartment, but a private outdoor shower with hot water is available. Parking included. ​ Important info: Remember to bring your own bed linen.

Idyllic small farm, miller's house from the 1800s

Experience quiet surroundings in this house in the clearing in the woods. The house has a low ceiling and most people have to bend a little to go through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

Summer house

The house is a cozy little white wooden house in Risør city center. Here you can enjoy a coffee on the porch in the morning sun. The house is suitable for anyone who likes to combine the sea and the city on vacation. There is a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cafes. You just have to walk 180 meters to buy a delicious soft ice cream. Up on Urheia, 200 meters from the house, you have the opportunity to swim in fresh water and go for a walk in the woods. At Krana you can swim in the sea and rent a kayak.

Lyngørsundet, Gjevingmyra Farm

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Explore yourself and nature 💚

Boathouse by the lake

Cosy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and a garden with garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boat house is best suited for two people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Raft - Camp Skarvann

Enjoy the sound of nature when you stay in this unique place. Idyllic small houseboat located on Lake Skarvann. It is a simple standard with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with foam mattress. There is no door on this unit, only a "awning" to close. Small kitchenette, table and chairs on the patio outside and a fire pan. Important to note that this is a wilderness camp, we do not have water and electricity. There is a toilet available in the area. Duvet/pillow/sleeping bag must be brought by yourself.

Small farm in scenic surroundings, where the animals can walk almost freely around. Collect eggs for breakfast, pet the miniature pig. Wake up to the sound of swans. With the canoe, you can paddle for several kilometres. There's also a gas barbecue there. An eldorado for animal lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør with others. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to a convenience store.

Holmesund: Cozy Sørland house, large garden

Koselig restaurert sørlandshus med stor skjermet idylliske hage i vakre Holmesund til leie. Svært barnevennlig hus, hage og område. Sjøutsikt fra 2.etg Flotte bade, krabbefiske- og fiskeplasser i umiddelbar nærhet. Volleyballnett, croquet, fiskestenger, fiskeutstyr, krabbefiskeutstyr, grill etc medfølger. Internett og strøm er inkludert. P-plass til 2 biler. Båt (Pioner maxi 13 fot med 9.9hk) er tilgjengelig i sommersesongen. I skoleferien leies huset ut på ukesbasis (søndag -søndag)

Cozy cabin in Risør

Slapp av på hytte i Søndeled, Risør. Herfra kan du gå i ti minutt og komme ned til badeplassen ved Skarvann, til båtbrygga ved sjøen eller i skogen. Hytta ligger på Øysang, like ved Jegertunet feriesenter hvor man kan benytte badebasseng og tennisbaner mot betaling, Fra hytta er det også om lag ti minutters gange til brygga hvor Øysangferga går over til Risør sentrum. Det er ikke også bare en kort kjøretur til svabergene på Stangnes og Portør.

Located close to the city center and the lake, as well as a very short distance to a great hiking and training terrain in Urheia. The pool of 10 x 4 meters, holds 30 degrees from May to October.
