The residence has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a sprinkler bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel cot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch at the back of the house Gas grill on the porch. Good with parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Cozy tiny house in Risør

Cozy tiny house of 32 square meters in beautiful Risør. The house has a kitchen with dining table, bathroom and small livingroom. In the loft there is a double mattress. We recommend stays for 1–2 people. You have a view of both the sea and forest, and the surrounding area has many nice hiking trails. It is about 10 minutes to walk to the beaches at Randvik. The tiny house is quite close to the main house (see photo), but has a private part of the garden with a fire pit that can be used if desired. 20 min to walk to the city center.

Summer house

The house is a cozy little white wooden house in Risør city center. Here you can cuddle up with a coffee on the porch in the morning sun. The house is suitable for any person who likes to combine the sea and the city during the holidays. Shops, restaurants, and cafes are a short walking distance away. You just have to go 180 meters to buy a delicious softie. Up on Urheia, 200 meters from the house, you have the opportunity to swim in fresh water and walk in the forest. At Krana you will have the swimming in the sea and rented kayak.

Idyllic old house in the middle of the wooden city. Peaceful and spacious back garden with annex. 200m from the harbor. The house is from 1860. Recently modernized. Great bathrooms. New kitchen. Large living room with dining area for 10. 4 bedrooms. 2 with double bed. One in the annex. 1 room with two singles. 1 chamber with a single bed. In addition, there are two good mattresses for extra sleeping arrangements. There is the possibility of free parking outside the house but this cannot be guaranteed as it is open to everyone.

Sleeps 8 on 2 floors: 180cm +2x80cmin 3 floors and 150cm +2x80cmin 1 floor, walk-through in two of the rooms. TV, but no internet and TV signals. Stairs. Suitable for family/gangs who like the good life.

Cottage by the sea with private beach and jetty

Nydelig sommersted på Borøya utenfor Tvedestrand. Kun 3t kjøring fra Oslo og 15 min. til Tvedestrand by med alle fasiliteter. Dette er et spesielt sted. Opprinnelig er det et båtbyggeri, men vi har gjort det om til et sommersted med 4 soverom med 8 senger + 2 ekstra på sovesofa i stue i 2.etg. Med 2 bad er det god plass til 2 familier som vil reise sammen. Vi har også en privat strand, samt stor brygge som er dyp nok også for seilbåter. Man kan kjøre ned og det er enkel adkomst og parkering.
