Beautiful summer place on Borøya outside Tvedestrand. Only 3 hours drive from Oslo and 15 min. to Tvedestrand city with all amenities. This is a special place. Originally it is a boatyard, but we have turned it into a summer place with 4 bedrooms with 8 beds + 2 extra on a sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. With 2 bathrooms there is plenty of room for 2 families who want to travel together. We also have a private beach, as well as a large jetty that is deep enough for sailboats. You can drive down and there is easy access and parking.

Here you can enjoy quiet days in a unique, beautiful and charming backyard in the middle of the city center. The house has its own studio, which is closed during rental, but some art is exhibited in the house. The house is suitable for anyone who likes to combine the sea and the city on vacation. There is a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cafes. You just have to walk 180 meters to buy a delicious soft ice cream. Up on Urheia, 200 meters from the house, you have the opportunity to swim in fresh water and go for a walk in the woods. At Krana you can swim in the sea and rent a kayak.

Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away.
