The residence has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a sprinkler bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel cot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch at the back of the house Gas grill on the porch. Good with parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern villages, 30 min to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets reply to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. We have 2 bikes, 2 children's bikes, SUP boards and skateboard that can be used by appointment. There is and possibility to rent a boat and boat space only 5 minutes walk from the house.
