The residence has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a sprinkler bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel cot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch at the back of the house Gas grill on the porch. Ramp in the entrance is suitable for a stroller or wheelchair. To Risør city center it is 3 km, a nice walk along the fjord. We live on the island of Barmen with bridge connection to the mainland. It is of course possible to drive here by car. In the area there are nice hiking trails. During the winter we often have ice on the fjord and then we can use kicks, skis or ice skating.

Good hiking areas in nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
