Die 75 qm Wohnfläche verteilen sich auf zwei Zimmer, einen großen Flur, Küche, Bad, und zwei Balkone. Die Raumhöhen von etwa 3,10 Metern vermitteln ein großzügiges Raumgefühl. Historische Ausstattungsdetails, wie Kassettentüren, historische Fenster, Lamperien, Holz-Dielen und Zementfliesen sind erhalten. Auf den zwei Balkonen - Süden und Westen – oder dem großzugigen Garten können Sie den Abend oder das Wochenende genießen. Ein Stellplatz im nahegelegenen Nachbargrundstück erspart Ihnen die Parkplatzsuche. Die Wohnung eignet sich sowohl für Alleinstehende, als auch für ein Paar, eine Wohngemeinschaft oder eine kleine Familie. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (180x200) und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit schöner, großer Schlafcouch (2 Erwachsene haben hier bequem Platz).

A simple accommodation and a great place to relax in a central location in Karlsruhe between the main train station, the ‘Kongresszentrum’ and the market square. It’s situated off the main road in a green and quiet industrial oasis with a courtyard. A 100 m² of unrenovated loft space with bathroom/shower and a small kitchen. Please be aware that there is no central heating. However, there is a wood burning stove which creates a pleasant warmth during the colder seasons (we help with fire-ligh.)

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Located in the village of Bammental, about 9 km from Heidelberg, in a quiet, residential area. Suitable for 4–5 guests, it is a 5 min walk to the train (20 min to Heidelberg). Nearby attractions include Heidelberg Castle, the Technik Museums in Sinsheim and Speyer, Sinsheim Badewelt, Heidelberg Clinics, and Hockenheim Ring. Shops, bakery, organic food store, pharmacy, restaurants, cycle paths and woods are close by. Very close to the Bergstraße with castles, vineyards, and wine villages.

Diese helle, gemütliche Unterkunft steht in Schlierbach, das zu Lindenfels gehört, perfekte Lage um die umliegenden Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Für Ihre Anreise mit dem Auto steht ein Parkplatz mit 11 kw Ladestation zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Für mehr Infomationen stehe ich Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Ca. 500 m zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich eine Kneipp-Anlage, an der Sie nach langen Spaziergängen ihre Füße erholen können.

Traumhaftes wohnen in einer Denkmalgeschützen Villa in Innenstadtlage. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Denkmalgeschützen Jugendstilvilla in direkter Zentrumsnähe der Innenstadt Speyer. Es stehen zwei Parkplätze im Innenhof kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft umgeben von weiteren Villen und denkmalgeschützen Gebäuden wie u.a. Die ehemalige Filzfabrik Hess. Der Wohnort von Friedrich Hess selbst war genau diese Villa.

Luises Naturoase

Luises Naturoase is located in the basement and is a separate apartment with a lockable door. From the kitchen there is a passage to a large terrace with outdoor seating and a beautiful view of the valley or the existing pond. The apartment has a separate bedroom and a sofa bed for two adults or children. In the middle of the Palatinate Forest, beautiful hiking tours to the Teufelstisch in Hinterweidenthal or motorcycle tours over the Braunsberg are possible.

Alternative wooden house

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.

Beautiful guest apartment with hot tub

Located in Fürth im Odenwald, the separate guest apartment (approx. 45 sqm/renovated in 2021) offers a cosy ambience and has its own entrance with a garden. As a special highlight, there is a 2.20 m x 2.30 m hot tub (for up to 5 people) on the covered terrace for your sole and private use. It is available day and night at no extra cost, even in winter.

Cozy one-room apartment in the middle of the Odenwald as a starting point for hiking, biking, motorcycle tours or just relaxing. With an outdoor pool (Apr to Oct) and sauna as well as a crackling wood-burning stove for the winter months. Ideal for 2 people (max. 4). In addition, bookable sports and yoga classes take place in the same building.
