The 75 sqm of living space are spread over two rooms, a large hallway, kitchen, bathroom, and two balconies. The room heights of about 3.10 meters convey a spacious feeling of space. Historic furnishing details such as coffered doors, historic windows, lamps, wooden floorboards and cement tiles are preserved. On the two balconies - south and west - or the spacious garden you can enjoy the evening or the weekend. A parking space in the nearby neighboring property saves you the search for a parking space. The apartment is suitable for single people as well as for a couple, a shared apartment or a small family. There is a bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200) and a large living room with a beautiful, large sofa bed (2 adults have comfortable space here).

A simple accommodation and a great place to relax in a central location in Karlsruhe between the main train station, the ‘Kongresszentrum’ and the market square. It’s situated off the main road in a green and quiet industrial oasis with a courtyard. A 100 m² of unrenovated loft space with bathroom/shower and a small kitchen. Please be aware that there is no central heating. However, there is a wood burning stove which creates a pleasant warmth during the colder seasons (we help with fire-ligh.)

Ground floor apartment The description says it's a shared pool. It is used by ourselves from time to time. There is a possibility to reserve the pool every day for several hours. You have private access to the pool from the apartment! From early summer 2026 there will be an exclusive sauna, which can be booked optionally. Smoking is allowed outdoors only!! Pets are allowed but please clarify BEFORE booking and specify in the request.

Ideally located between DA, MZ & WI (near Oppenheim), it is perfect for hiking, biking and swimming. Enjoy the lake view from the covered terrace and private jetty. A fireplace with a grill is available for cozy evenings. Note: Main toilets are 1 minute walk away. The chemical toilet in the cabin is to be cleaned by yourself when used.

This bright, cozy accommodation is located in Schlierbach, which belongs to Lindenfels, perfect location to reach the surrounding excursion destinations. A parking space with 11 kW charging station is available for your arrival by car. Shopping is 3 minutes away by car. I will be at your disposal for more information. About 500 m walk from the apartment is a Kneipp facility where you can relax your feet after long walks.

Fantastic living in a listed villa in the city center. The apartment is located in a listed Art Nouveau villa in the immediate vicinity of downtown Speyer. There are two parking spaces available in the courtyard free of charge. The villa is in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by other villas and listed buildings such as the former Hess felt factory. The residence of Friedrich Hess himself was precisely this villa.

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
