It has 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), open dining and living room with sofa bed (extendable), kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is about 68 sqm and is located on the ground floor. In the nature reserve outside the door, you can relax. Nature lovers will also enjoy themselves here.

Ground floor apartment The description says it's a shared pool. It is used by ourselves from time to time. There is a possibility to reserve the pool every day for several hours. The Gerberhaus is very idyllically located in the medieval Wassergasse, which is closed to traffic, in the center of Annweiler. The organic market is 5 houses away, the marketplace is a 2-minute walk. Parking is located behind the house (parking lot Zwinger P6). On hot days just put your feet in the Queich right outside the door.
