The accommodation keeps what it promises from the first impression to the furnishings, leaving nothing to be desired. The reception Piccoli sparkling wine and sweet treats give the impression of appreciation. 🤩Exceptionally good kitchen equipment and the Bosch coffee machine also fulfills all the wishes of a 5-star product. Surprisingly, both coffee beans and dairy products were available. All other aids in the kitchen, such as equipment, salt, sugar, etc., were also available. The balcony invites you to linger. Everything is very clean and in good condition. We will keep this accommodation in good memory and will be happy to book it again when the opportunity arises. Thank you 👍

Thomas' apartment is a great place to stay on your way to Austria. Schwetzingen itself is also worth discovering, as well as the nearby university city of Heidelberg. Good instructions in advance to get in. The apartment was spotless and very fully furnished. Several towels and also the kitchen has a large fridge with freezer compartment and a nice oven plus dishwasher. A TV with Netflix option is also a bonus in disappointing weather. Inside, the sound of the very nearby railway line is not disturbing. The only, but that is also the only, downside is the very bright lighting and in the bathroom, which is otherwise completely okay, something to hang the towels on would be practical. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Marian

My stay at this apartment was just perfect! The apartment was not only super clean but also superbly equipped. I especially liked the bathroom – it was modern, well-maintained, and very inviting. The entire equipment left nothing to be desired, from the kitchen to the cozy living room. The safety precautions have also calmed me down very much, you feel completely safe here. I immediately felt comfortable and highly recommend this place!

The apartment is very clean and tastefully furnished with terrace and access to the small garden. Shopping is close.

I was in the accommodation with two friends for a week, during which we did a lot of things in and around Speyer. The accommodation is located in a backyard and is really very quiet. You really have your privacy if you want it. The apartment was also super equipped and super clean. The equipment was more than sufficient. If we had questions, Heiko and Daniela were quickly reachable and very helpful and friendly to one. We found that you could have a good conversation with the two of them, you definitely did not feel unwelcome with the two of them. I can really only recommend the location, the location is very good, you need about 10 minutes on foot to the DOM or 15 minutes for the Technickmuseum. If we were to plan a holiday in the area again, we would definitely take the accommodation again. Thank you for the hospitality, had a nice time with you in Speyer. Wishing you all the best. Nice and spacious apartment located in a quiet area where you can park. Close to supermarkets and big cities. Ursula and her husband live on the ground floor and are very friendly and helpful.

Really great apartment! Spacious, beautiful - also the decor, well equipped, cozy,. The location is great if you want to be in the middle of the city and that's what we wanted. All sights and a lot of gastronomy within walking distance. You step out the door and find yourself in a pedestrian zone in the middle of the bustling street life.(1 bedroom at the back is very quiet.) We would rent the apartment again at any time.

Nice place, with outside space on a quiet street. A lovely local park, close to the bus into town and walkable to the nearest supermarket.

the apartment was small but very nice ! there was nothing missing! since the weather was good, I was able to have breakfast on the small balcony and enjoy the evening i would love to book it again anytime

Stefanie and Hanspeter were very friendly and accommodating, really good hosts. They helped us where they could and we had nice conversations together. We look forward to coming back and enjoying the quiet area. The dogs were no problem, totally sweet and we all loved them. The location was perfect to reach all the places we wanted to see, we drove a maximum of 30 minutes. Whether it's the outdoor pool, Germersheim Fortress, shopping in Hauenstein, Landau or just to the Globus. For us, it is clear that we will definitely come back to the two :)

Super nice apartment that makes you feel right at home. The location is top: quiet, family friendly and with a nice park nearby, ideal for walks or a little getaway. Shopping facilities are also within easy reach. Especially convenient: there is a private parking space, which makes getting there and everyday life very relaxed. Our personal highlight was the terrace – perfect to end the day in peace. We had a great time and would come back anytime

Sylvie is a very thoughtful host and very friendly. For my purpose, a quiet weekend in beautiful surroundings, the room and the location was perfect.

I was very warmly welcomed by Petra and she took a lot of time for my questions. This also developed very nice conversations. Although we lived together, so to speak, I had my privacy. It was all very clean, the mattress was super comfortable, and the highlight was the rooftop swimming pool, which I had all to myself in the evening. The apartment is very centrally located and in 15 min. you are in the city by tram or bus (Freiburger Straße - Bismarckplatz). Recommended would be the two point zero farm cafe with delicious cake and drinks. I thank you, dear Petra, for a relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our stay with Hansi and Astrid very much. There we had a nice apartment with a balcony and a great view of the wildly romantic courtyard. The hosts were very friendly and the spontaneous pottery class with Astrid was very inspiring. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. We can wholeheartedly recommend your farm with the lovely ponies.

I have no complaints. The apartment was clean, fully equiped, easy parking, Internet was ok. Host communicated fast.
