Holiday rentals with lake access in Rhein-Pfalz-Kreis

Markus is very friendly and communication with him went smoothly. The house is spacious and very clean. It has a beautiful big roof terrace.

Deliciously simple cottage but with complete furnishings. Beautiful view of the village. Nice bed, hard but that's what you're used to and good warm shower. We enjoyed a week. Within a radius of 20 kilometres, you can easily entertain yourself for a week, cute villages (Lembach too), overwhelming nature and a historic Walhalla! We think this region and the cottage are a must go if you love peace, nature, hiking/cycling and history.

Lovely atmospheric little cottage. I really liked how the cottage was renovated and decorated. Delightful. Also the garden and main house were really beautiful.

Warm welcome. Marc and Patricia are very accommodating, friendly and responsive hosts. The cottage is very well equipped and very well located to explore the region and enjoy the many possibilities around. Feel free to follow Marc and Patricia's advice, you won't be disappointed! We had a very nice week in a well maintained and clean cottage. The landlord gave us a little instruction and tips for the surrounding area. Everything is actually as described. Everything has been thought of... even detergent, garbage bags, dishwashing tablets, etc., I was able to take away. It was all there. The townhouse is lovingly and relatively highly furnished. The property is very well maintained. Under the week it is nice and quiet, on weekends there are many residents and guests on the lake. It is very noisy and sometimes a bit noisy. Overall, it was pure relaxation... quiet breakfast at the lake, bathing in the afternoon in the afternoon in the water of about 25 degrees and great sunsets in the evening. We did smaller bike rides. It is pleasantly flat around. You are in 20 min. by bike in Schwetzigen at the castle park or even in just 10 min. on the Rhine island times look at ships. We were happy to eat at Johanneshof, organic everything very tasty and fresh.... no 10 min. by bike. It was a great week... maybe we'll see you again... THANK YOU :)

The entrance to the cottage is via number 9, and then follow signs for "Haus Frieden". You can enjoy peace and nature here, you only hear crickets, birds and frogs. It is wonderful to sit/eat and enjoy under the veranda. On the other side of the road, you can walk into the forest where you can follow various hiking trails, usually you will not meet anyone, it is that quiet. It is nice to walk to the village Ludwigswinkel and have a nice meal or drink there. You can also easily walk to the next village through the forest, Fischbach. Here you will also find a supermarket, bakery and a tasty doner/kebab shop.

Stefanie and her husband were very friendly and sociable. The surroundings are quiet and secluded. The place is very close to nature. The floors, gardens and the spiral staircase are unsecured for toddlers but with the railings are well doable for slightly older children.

The accommodation was super clean and exactly as shown in the pictures and description. Ramazan is a proactive and very friendly host. We'd love to come back!

There were four of us in Tobias' accommodation for a weekend and we are completely satisfied. The facility is very modern and the location is quiet. The value for money is really great and you can reach many beautiful hiking areas by car from there. You can also quickly reach the forest and nature on foot. If you are looking for peace and quiet and just want to do nothing, Ludwigswinkel is the right place for you. Hardly any distractions, little civilisation in the vicinity and yet a few people with whom you can have a nice conversation.

Everything is great! Beautiful location in the countryside for walkers. Host fine and helpful. So for my needs in Ludwigshafen was the perfect apartment to the property. So my recommendation.

We enjoyed the time over 6 weeks very much in Altan's apartment. Around it there is a beautiful forest that has been well offered to enjoy nature again after our course and many intensive days of learning. The place was as stated, the three of us were able to stay here with their own room. The open living room with dining table has given us numerous fun, beautiful evenings. The people in the house were always super sweet. Communication with Altan was super easy, straightforward and always very accommodating. Check in & check out were flexible which was great as we didn't come back until late from our check on the day of departure. All in all, a great place to stay for 6 weeks that felt like our little home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and communication went smoothly. The apartment was clean, cozy and exactly as described. The location was perfect for our needs, close to the tram and amenities. We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities and the small details that made the stay even more enjoyable (e.g. coffee/tea supplies, fast WiFi).
