Unser modernes & großzügiges Wohnhaus (150 qm Wohnfläche) im östlichen Stadtgebiet von Hamburg (20min. zum HH Hbf) ist die ideale Ausgangsbasis für City-Sightseeing in Hamburg sowie spontane Strandausflüge an die Ostsee, die du ganz einfach in 40min mit dem Auto erreichen kannst.

Einraumwohnung mit Bad & Küchenbereich

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

This historic canal house, built in typical Dutch style, was completely renovated in 2022, meticulously refurbished, lovingly furnished, and stylishly decorated. The lower level features underfloor heating and period tiles. Beautiful, high-quality furnishings throughout the house create a feel-good atmosphere. A yoga room is available on the second floor for an additional fee. The house accommodates 4-6 people. Dogs are allowed upon request. Children 8 years and older are allowed.

Viel Platz drinnen im Haus, in der Spielscheune mit Theaterbühne oder draußen im parkähnlichen Garten geben euch bei jedem Wetter viele Möglichkeiten für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wenn ihr möchtet, dürft ihr uns auf unserem Bauernhof mit Milchviehhaltung gerne besuchen. Unser Hof liegt ca. 300 m entfernt und ist über einen Fussweg gut zu erreichen.
