The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and comfortable beds and a large, cosy sofa make your stay comfortable in any season.

Welcome! This lovely cottage by the sea is 46 square meters and consists of two levels: kitchen/eating area + bathroom on the ground floor and studio sleeping/play area on the floor above. Located 150 meters from the harbor in beautiful Heikendorf. You have access to an in-ground trampoline, a canoe, and indoor and outdoor toys. We have two rabbits who love attention. We are an American-German family and want to make your vacation unforgettable.

The sofa bed, for the other 2 people, is located in the living room.

Cafes, restaurants, shops and the train station are within easy walking distance. New since June 2026: high-quality beds with individually adjustable Airfect mattresses and comfortable pillows. A small terrace with a beach chair invites you to relax.

Our former farm is located directly on the beautiful Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route and about 800 meters from the beach. We offer accommodation for your own use with a separate entrance, including 2 single beds, table & 2 chairs, TV, bathroom, hallway, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a rich breakfast on request. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.

The cabin is insulated, but has NO HEATING and NO KITCHEN. No heaters of any kind or hotplates may be operated. The bathroom in the annex is 15 m away. Garden table and chairs, garden loungers and barbecue are available.
