Fantastic duplex attic apartment with about 90 m² for your own use - perfect for families and explorers. After a short drive you are at the Baltic Sea beaches, in the Hansapark or in the old town of Lübeck. The apartment offers you a light-flooded living and dining room with a sun balcony, two cozy bedrooms, a modern bathroom as well as a large garden (850 m²) and two parking spaces right by the house. The barn is directly surrounded by fields and meadows, has a large loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a large terrace facing the garden and the natural swimming pond. A 2-person bedroom, adjacent to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, allows a total of 4 people to stay. Starting from the hallway, the spacious sauna area including shower room and toilet opens up. A window door allows direct exit to the outside area from there.
