This special place to stay for max. This bright 1.5-room apartment for 3 people has an area of 35 m². It offers: a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, 180 x 200 cm double bed, sofa bed, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and a balcony. Bicycles are available for short distances free of charge, but we do not provide short-notice breakdown service. Right outside the door: car parking space, free of charge. Washing machines and dryers in a common area. Not suitable for smaller children for safety reasons.

Vacation home "Hye" farm Ruemland

Our holiday farm "Ruemland" in a secluded location was completely renovated in 2022 and offers a total of four apartments. "Hye" is an apartment for two to three people on the ground floor with an additional sofa bed in the living area. Like all our apartments, it is modernly furnished in the Danish-Nordic style. In the living and dining area there is also a cozy fireplace that spreads cozy warmth. But the "wide country in view" can also be enjoyed from the spacious terrace with evening sun.

Apartment 1 At the small harbor water property

We guarantee pure relaxation in the quiet holiday resort of Stexwig or a workplace that is fun. Whether on the wooden terrace in the beach chair or in the cozy living-dining area - the view of the idyllic Schlei and the directly adjacent small marina will delight you. You can also work with peace of mind with a fiberglass net and multifunctional device in the home office. You park in your own parking space in front of the house. ***THE APARTMENT ABOVE CAN BE BOOKED IN ADDITION***

Beautiful. Bright. Vintage. At treetop height.

In this self-contained apartment, you will feel almost like you are in a tree house on approx. 60 square meters. You walk in at ground level and look back into the treetops. Bedroom 1: Wall-to-wall bed platform, 160 x 2 cm. Bedroom 2: sofa bed, approx. 140 x 195 cm. TV. And a cozy wing chair with a footstool. The small bathtub is inside. A large, west-facing balcony is also included. Public electric car charging stations right across the street. Currently 3 hours free of charge.

Haus Stamp

The apartment is located in a listed thatched house built around 1830 in the attic. It can accommodate 4 people on two levels in a stylish ambiance in the immediate vicinity of Friedrichstadt, the rivers Treene and Eider with swimming areas and the North Sea. The seaside resort of Sankt Peter Ording is about 40 km away. A beach chair can be used there free of charge. The house is located on a large property and invites you to relax with the view of the green meadows.

Hayloft

The hayloft is our most recently completed apartment. Even in the photos you can see how bright and spacious the apartment is. It has an airy living and dining area that opens six meters high to the top of the roof. In addition, there is a media room where the TV is located and which offers sufficient space for the viewers. If you want to read in peace, you can do so on the gallery, which opens up a wonderful view of the Schleswig-Holstein landscape.

Spacious house with terrace & garden

If you want to have a great time in a large group, this house is the right place. It can accommodate 10 people. The kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier and pleasant. The sun can be enjoyed on the terrace. Pets are also allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Borby 3 country bakery with private terrace

Here you will stay in the stylish country bakery 3 with its own outdoor terrace. The building is quietly located. Inside, a beautiful country kitchen with a 110 cm wide range cooker, a stylish bedroom and a new bathroom with walk-in shower await you. Pictures will follow at the end of 2022, as we are currently in the final phase of the renovation... It's just a few meters to the promenade and you can also walk to the old town quickly.

Apartment in the middle of SH with balcony

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The place has very good amenities and many extras. You can dream in a box-spring bed with 180 x 200 cm, and in the bathroom you can decide whether you want to bathe comfortably in the 190 x 90 cm bathtub, with a rain shower or a small massage shower head. For a child or a 3rd person, there is also a guest room, which can also be used as a study. You can cook in the kitchen.
