Approx. 60 sq. m. 1st floor apartment (with sloping roofs to be expected) for relaxing in the middle of Alt Duvenstedt in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park near the A7. The entire building where the apartment is located consists of two houses with three residential units connected by a former blacksmith. The apartment is in the older part of the building and has its own apartment entrance door. After many excursions on foot, by bike or car (or whatever), it is the ideal retreat.

Our cozy and lovingly furnished apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It is in the center of Schleswig-Holstein in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The North East Sea Canal and the Eider are only 3 km away. From our apartment you can take great trips by walking, by bike or by car. The Baltic Sea can be reached within half an hour and you can reach the North Sea in a good hour. Completely enclosed, the property is in a secluded location.

Our maritime, hyggelige apartment is in the attic of an historic building in the old town of Rendsburger. Marina, attractions, shopping street, restaurants, cafes and shopping is very close. For your excursions between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, you have a nice starting point here. Flensburg, Schleswig and Kiel can be reached quickly by public transport. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away.
