Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

The house is lovely and it makes you feel at home right away. The views are spectacular. The only „problem“ are the loud birds - absolutely stunning nature. Paola and William who manage the house with loving care were most attentive. The asked regularly how we were doing and if we needed anything. Both check-in and check-out were in person and we very much appreciated the hospitality of Paula and William. As for the road, our BMW e-vehicle had no issues, even at the two days when it rained. We hope we will get the chance to spend time again in this beautiful charming house. Thank you!

We had a great time at Adeles' house.The place is beautiful surrounded by flowers and amazing landscape to the hills. 10 minutes walk to the center of Todi. The house is very clean and Adele is kind and very helpful! We traveled at the end of April and the weather was great but not yet hot to use the swimming pool.

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang und die schöne Zeit, es war wunderbar bei euch! ich habe mich sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. die Unterkunft liegt ganz toll, mitten in den Bergen, mit einem unfassbar tollen Ausblick über das Tal. es ist ein fast magischer Ort. die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich auch ihre Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hat mir immer bei allem geholfen. die Gastgeberin hat sogar an einem Tag ein Stück selbstgebackenen Kuchen an den Pool gebracht. das war ganz toll. die Wohnung ist super, sehr sauber, geräumig, und die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. man kann sich an diesem wunderbaren Ort nur wohlfühlen.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at this property. We really enjoyed the beautiful natural surroundings and the great fireplace on cooler evenings. It’s also a great location for exploring nearby towns and hot springs. Thank you!

The location is great in the old part of the town but not in ZTL area. So anywhere you want to see can just walk. Car park is not right next to the room but short walk and the host accompanied us there. The room is old but cozy and has everything you need. The host is very responsive and communicates well. The only small problem is the wifi most time does not work. Will book again if we come to the town.

We had a wonderful stay at Annarita's home. She welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips about what to see and do. It was a pleasure meeting her. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very quiet and so clean. It was well equipped and felt like home. The view onto the fields was idyllic and it was a short walk into the town of Orvieto. We will return because we enjoyed it so much.

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

This was one of the best AirBnbs we stayed at during our two weeks in Italy. Bright, roomy, super clean. Near a busy alleyway but when we closed the bedroom window all the noise disappeared.. really it must be a soundproof window. Plenty of coffee and tea and other amenities. Walking distance to all the sites in town. Lots of guidebooks, some in English, and recommendations to restaurants. We were driving and did have an issue with the parking card — the previous guest had used the card improperly. Somewhat stressful because of our poor Italian and not being able to converse well with the parking cashier, but Gianfranco was very responsive, so between him, us, Google Translate, And the cashier we got it straight. Driving to the apartment not for the faint of heart but my husband enjoyed the challenge.

Vi (to voksne og to børn på henholdsvis 7 og 9 år fra Danmark) boede i Paolas smukke hus i 9 dage og var meget begejstrede for opholdet. Paola gav gode forslag til udflugter i nærområdet (også til regnvejrsdage) og fandt legetøj frem, som vores børn kunne bruge, når vi badede i den dejlige pool, som har den smukkeste udsigt over Orte. Huset ligger langt fra anden beboelse, og da vi boede der havde vi hele grunden for os selv. Så der er masser af privatliv, og det er kun hyggeligt, at man kan høre køerne, som befinder sig tæt på ejendommen. Vi besøgte den charmerende by Narni, hvor vi på Paolas anbefaling gik en flot tur ved floden. Vi drog desuden på udflugt til vandfaldene i Terni samt Orvieto, som virkelig er et besøg værd. Vi kommer meget gerne igen en anden gang! Tak for alt, Paola.

L'appartamento è davvero molto carino, ben strutturato e dotato di tutto. È direttamente sul percorso del Cammino dei Borghi Silenti, la comodità è totale. Enrico è un host molto reattivo e disponibile. Si può comodamente cucinare in loco, la cucina è attrezzata, e c'è anche qualche optional (la possibilità di farsi un caffè per esempio). La struttura è molto ordinata e molto pulita. L'ambiente circostante è silenzioso. Manca il wifi, come segnalato, ma al contrario di altri ospiti io non ho riscontrato problemi di rete. In questa stagione intermedia, trattandosi di struttura nuova ma in casale antico, fa forse un po' freddo, ma niente di insopportabile. La scala per accedere il piano notte è impervia, ci vuole un po' di attenzione. Il costo dell'alloggio è più che adeguato per una coppia: per un singolo forse è un po' alto ma include innegabili vantaggi pratici e logistici.

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Check-in und Check-out funktionierten reibungslos. Das Anwesen ist traumhaft und definitiv einen Aufenthalt wert!

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

Un posto davvero fantastico! L’appartamento è spazioso, completamente attrezzato e con ingresso indipendente, il che garantisce piena libertà e privacy. Tutto è esattamente come nelle foto – forse anche meglio! Il proprietario, Francesco, è gentilissimo, disponibile e molto comunicativo – è stato un vero piacere avere a che fare con lui. Un grande punto a favore sono anche le colazioni italiane incluse nel prezzo, servite in un bar tipico molto accogliente e autentico. Consigliatissimo!

"Il Colle" è la soluzione giusta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Gli ambienti a disposizione sono caldi, ampi e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, la comunicazione con Marco è stata facile e veloce. Grazie di cuore...Siamo stati davvero bene!

A wonderful villa. We would not hesitate to go back. It is nicely furnished and very well equipped both inside and out, especially the kitchen. The main bedroom is spacious and the downstairs bedroom is good too. There is a big living area downstairs, another kitchen and shower and bathroom. Also, there is a little outside area for morning coffee and big barbeque. Outside there is a great covered terrace for eating out and relaxing. There is plenty of outside furniture and good lighting outside too. Beautiful views and a decent pool for swimming with no deep end. Be aware that the villa is about 2.6km from the village. It’s a good idea to look on Google earth before you go. Guardea has a small supermarket, a fine friendly local butcher and an excellent pizzeria. Orvieto is forty five minutes away. Todi under an hour. Rome is easily reached by train. We went from Orte. Amelia and Narni are nice hill towns and we really liked Lugnano in Teverina, just a fifteen minute drive.
