Holiday rentals with a sauna in Province of Terni

The apartment is fine for 4 people, but there is no separate children's room, but a pull-out, comfortable sofa bed in the dining room/living room. It is not luxurious, but simply furnished and equipped. The view over the valley from the terrace is fantastic. The Conad in the village is superbly equipped for the size of Ferentillo and offers everything you want culinary. From the parking lot you have to walk a few steps to the apartment. Not recommended for people with walking problems. Great for families with children, as the children can play and discover a lot on the outdoor area.

Perfect stay! The house and garden outside are very well cared for and equipped with everything you need, a stay also suitable for those with a four-legged friend! Just 20 minutes from the source of the magnificent place to visit ! Absolutely recommend this place ! It was a wonderful stay!

Very nice medieval style apartment in the center of the village, convenient to see everything, cared for in the smallest details. Very helpful and friendly host ☺️

Our stay was just beautiful! Starting with the check-in, where everything worked out smoothly, we met Ursula and her father, who are both really super nice. They explained everything well and we felt right at home. The house is very hidden, surrounded by a huge hazelnut field, figs and other trees. We enjoyed the tranquility very much, spent a lot of time at the large pool, or on the terrace, with a grill and even a pizza oven. It just has everything you need. The furnishings in the house were also well maintained and sparkling clean. We will be happy to come back ❤️🇮🇹

I stayed at the Pinball for work and it was a fantastic experience. The accommodations are really well designed, well equipped, and very comfortable. Simone is a great host, very knowledgeable about Viterbo and surrounding areas, very helpful, and gentilissimo! They also have the nicest staff, keeping everything in perfect order. The vintage pinball machines were the cherry on top. Overall the stay was one of the smoothest I've ever had, allowing me to really focus on work while also enjoying Viterbo. Simone and all at the Pinball, grazie mille e arrivederci!

My stay at Simona's boutique was just wonderful! As soon as you arrive, you can feel how much love for detail everything is furnished – stylish, cozy and absolutely inviting. Simona is a fantastic host: warm, helpful and always available if you need anything. The location is perfect – quiet but still close to everything you need. I felt at home from the beginning and highly recommend Simona's La Boutique. I will definitely return!

Beautiful home and so spacious! Grounds were immaculate and well maintained. Will absolutely stay here again. Perfect for bigger groups too which can be harder to find in Italy.
