Holiday rentals with a pool in Province of Terni

Very good location to visit medieval villages, access Lake Bolsena, thermal baths and the center of Viterbo is 5 min away by car. It is also convenient to go to Rome and to Ostia Antica. The accommodation is very pleasant, spacious, very clean, air-conditioned and the private terrace is well exposed and of good size. We particularly appreciated the attention of our host who wears delicious homemade pastries every morning. Also, when we arrived the fridge had been filled with drinks and we received a warm welcome. We highly recommend, very pleasant experience!

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

Impeccable experience, very nice apartment, clean and well-kept. Beautiful terrace with hot tub from which to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Emanuele then was super responsive, kind and helpful (to tell me one: he also helped us transport the groceries from the parking lot to the apartment, it was like meeting an old friend). Donkeys & Roses is a haven of peace, a place that exceeds all expectations. Whether it's for a couples getaway or a family vacation, the atmosphere is both magical and relaxing. Each home offers unique comfort, with assets such as a sublime pool and incredible panoramas. We particularly enjoyed the terrace of our house, offering a breathtaking view. Enrico's warm and caring welcome, always available to make our stay perfect, really marked our experience. This exceptional place is a real gem, and we'll be happy to go back. This stay was a moment of pure happiness, from start to finish.

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

The listing is as pictured. The garden and pool are really beautiful for relaxing and resting. Plan the mosquito repellent for the end of the day and evening. Numerous sites and castles to visit nearby. I recommend the nearby restaurant Le Fenice (€15 menu with entrance, pizza, dessert and coffee).

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

No other than Amazing! A hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. Never have we felt so truly welcome and almost part of the family from day 1. Stunning views from the apartment windows, beautiful and authentic furnitures and cool rooms in the tuscan heat. Many, many, many recommendations from the whole family!❤️

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Place is huge for a family of 6. We enjoyed our stay. The host went out his way to help us find the place. Overall, it was a nice stay in your place.

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

One of the highlights of this property is the beautiful, neatly maintained, vast orchard, which is completely surrounded by rosemary bushes. Cherry-, Mulberry-, Walnut-, Apricot-, and Olive trees, a neat little BBQ grill, a functioning bread/pizza oven and the enormous pool leave nothing to be desired. The house overlooks the valley and is surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut plantations. Peaceful, quiet, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your holiday.

A very lovely place. Quiet, lovely views, awesome garden! We would defenitely recommend this to friends and family.

The house overall was great, we had the whole area gor ourselfes with a lot of fruit-trees arround with the pool as a highlight. The furniture is a bit basic but nothing to worry about. Also the communication with our host was quick and helpful. Just the access road was a bit more offroad than expected. But we would visit again!!

Great house with great garden and pool! Only note was that there is only ac in one of the four bedrooms so it was quite warm indoors.
