The property features a lovely heated swimming pool, open from April to October (5 m × 10 m, depth 1.5 m), set within a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of the green Umbria region. The house, in the back, has a barbecue area of about 60 square meters. The property is equipped with an electric car charging station.

Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa.
