Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Terni

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

We had such a great time with the kids in this beautiful home that we were sorry to leave it. Everything was perfectly equipped. We were impressed by the thoughtful and attentive hospitality towards guests. Thank you so much!

Annarita's place was just amazing. It was spotlessly clean and immaculately furnished. The bedroom was very large with heaps of storage space, the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was practical with everything you needed. Two beautiful outdoor areas to sit and have a meal or drink, one overlooking Orvieto, was just an amazing old town to explore (Annarita even supplied us with a parking card and gave us recommendations, which was appreciated) It is central to explore the area with restaurants and shopping close by. There is a washing machine and drying rack available as well in the unit. Annarita place is very secure, safe and peaceful, waking up each day to the birds and sunrise, you couldn't ask for more. Annarita is definitely a super host without a doubt. She took the time to talk to us, our Italian is not good but she went out of her way to communicate with us, her English is probably better than ours. Look no further if you want the perfect accommodation in Orvieto.

I felt at home. With the whole family in tow, including grandparents, we had a great time. House with large indoor and outdoor spaces, with no disturbance nearby and no danger around. Very well-kept green lawn, spectacular for our dog to play and run after the long drive. Great starting point for many destinations, within a 30/40 minute drive. Congratulations to Federica for the impeccable management of the house.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place to spend a quiet weekend with friends, the owners were hospitable and always available for anything you needed, the house is tidy and clean, the view is beautiful. We'll be back.

Good week in this house

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Very nice and well-kept place, the house is in great condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

we only stayed one night, we wanted to visit Terni and the waterfalls. So we were only in the house long enough to put down our suitcases and then the night and then we got ready the next morning to check out. In any case, I report: very tidy house with everything you need; clean bathroom and overall very clean villa. The villa is not far from the Basilica of San Valentino while to reach the center of Terni, you need to travel by car. Maurizio is really helpful and friendly, highly recommended accommodation 🤠

We were in Todi for work, but thanks to the beautiful house and Adele's welcome we felt like we were on vacation. Perfect house and clean in every corner even for a large group like ours. A bathroom for each room, spacious rooms and beautiful kitchen! Should we return we will not hesitate to book here, perhaps in summer so as to use the pool!

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

I often go to Trevi, a village certainly among the most beautiful in Italy, and I have never felt as good as Alessandro. His apartment is on the main square of the village, very easy to reach even for those with reduced mobility. The apartment has been recently renovated, it is equipped with everything you need for a short stay, it is functional and very clean. But above all, Alessandro was very kind to us, ready to help us and understand and meet our needs. When we return to Trevi, we will book with him in the hope that his apartment is free. Therefore, I would recommend Alessandro's house to those who want to discover the Umbrian green...

Alessandro and Maria Ida personally welcomed us, demonstrating maximum availability right away. The house is delicious, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need to cook. Very comfortable double bed. Beautiful context (only the road to get there would deserve a visit), surrounded by greenery, but just a few minutes drive from the center of Viterbo. If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, you will find it here. There were three of us staying at the beautiful Molino Verde cottage (Apartment Ginestra) for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment, the property, the garden in the olive grove and the fantastically clean and large pool are indescribably beautiful. Have visited places such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto. Everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, there was always a refreshment in the pool. BBQ and washing machine are also available. We lacked nothing. Even in the olive oil there are cozy places with hammocks to relax. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality of Nicoletta and Fabiana, who were so sweet and accommodating. Also a very warm thank you to Saskia, who accompanied us from booking to saying goodbye. All the best, a presto family Roth Ps. Molino Verde's olive oil tastes excellent and we took stock for home right away.

Villa dei Tigli is the perfect base to explore Umbria and Lazio. Letizia was a wonderful host, warm and responsive, excellent communication and local recommendations. The private pool was fantastic with stunning views across the valley. Carla's food was absolutely delicious, she was also so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend a meal at Poggio del Bolognino, suggested by Letizia, stunning views and gorgeous food and service. Don't hesitate to book this place, it won't disappoint!

Beautiful villa in the countryside, very well maintained, beautiful garden that surrounds the house, very kind staff and present for any need.

It's one of those places you wouldn't want to write the review because you'd like to keep it all to yourself... It's an authentic immersion experience in the woods and the beautiful landscape of the calanques. The house is surrounded by nature, very clean, pleasant and cared for. The nearest village can be reached in a few minutes and has all the essentials (bars, groceries, excellent trattoria with typical cuisine). Tobia's hospitality was exquisite, we immediately had a good time. Super attentive to any of our needs and at the same time very discreet and informal to make us feel very comfortable and relaxed.
