Welcome to our vacation home 100 meters from the lake. The house offers two bedrooms: one double and one with a single bed. The kitchen has an induction stove and washing machine. There are two smart TVs, WiFi and two air conditioners. The bathroom has a water heater, a shower with a handle and a hand shower instead of a bidet. Outside you will find a shower, paved garden with umbrella, relaxation area and electric awning. Unattended private parking, in a quiet area.

Independent cottage, located directly on the shores of Lake Bolsena. Created from the union of rustic and modern, it consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen with an induction cooktop, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower and a large equipped patio. There is a private and exclusive beach with sun loungers, a picnic table, a jetty with panoramic seating and a barbecue, all illuminated by a suggestive play of night lights.

Dimora Valleprata – Charming country house –

The house is located on the southeast shore of Lake Piediluco and can be reached through a road immersed in the typical Mediterranean scrub. The park of the property has meadows melting English and Mediterranean woods. An imposing magnolia and an ancient Etruscan well decorate the relaxation area of the garden, which also has a 5-seater outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake, exclusive access to the lake with pedal boats for excursions and barbecue for barbecues.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

The lovely apartment Casa Parione is situated in the historical center of the Medieval town Bolsena. It has been beautifully restored and is composed of a bedroom, a light and spacious living room with sitting and dining area, a sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower and bidet. Stunning views over rooftops and lake from the sunny terrace! 10 minutes walk to the lake!

Spacious and luminous fully-equipped appartment. Just 200 meters from old town and castle and with a great view of the lake, which is a short walking distance away. Appartment is within a condo with free private parking. We recommend watching the sunset behind Bolsena Lake from our balcony.
