Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend in close contact with nature. Suitable for couples (even with pets) who are looking to relax, away from the chaos of the city and who want to escape the responsibilities and stress of life for a while.

AgriHouse is located on our farm Il Fossile on the slopes of Mount Peglia, an area recently proclaimed a UNESCO MAB Reserve. The farmhouse consists of 3 bedrooms, for a total of 8 beds and 2 bathrooms. Outside the pool, with a panoramic view for your exclusive use. The agricultural activity consists of extensive outdoor breeding of animals (poultry and pigs) and the direct sale of eggs, vegetables, fresh and processed meat.
