By a regional train connection in the village, you are from the Wilhelmshorst train station in 30 minutes at the Berlin main station. The property has a sunny south-facing terrace and an approximately 1000 square meter garden to relax. After a day of sightseeing, your kids can play here to their heart's content.

Die nahe Havel bietet neben coolen Strandbars auch Bademöglichkeiten und einen wunderschönen Wasserwanderweg. Einmal ums Eck seid ihr in Sanssouci und genießt den weitläufigen Park mit seinen Schlössern, Fontänen und historischen Gebäuden. Die Uni Potsdam ist ebenfalls nahe gelegen.

If you are looking for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city or want to spend a romantic weekend, you can really relax here in the private wellness area. The rustic tiny house offers a spacious sauna (wood stove, Himalayan salt wall), a private swimming pool and a relaxation room with loungers, kitchen, large shower and underfloor heating. Wood, towels and bathrobes are available free of charge.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Diese frisch renovierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mitten in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.

Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay.
