Alternatively, a charter certificate for €110 (and includes the boat training of €50) can be made on site in 3 hours. The cleaning fee of €110 is to be paid on site.

But the place is so nice that you don't want to leave anyway. I have indicated here 'not for toddlers' - it is a boat and smaller children must be under constant observation. Of course, you can bring your children, but please be aware of the danger and NEVER let your kids out of your sight!;)

The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

Welcome to my houseboat for relaxing living on the water in a great location near the city of Berlin. From the boat's anchorage on Rummelsburg Bay, you can quickly and easily reach the shore by pedal boat, and Ostkreuz Station is only a 10-minute walk away. With a size of 13.5 x 4.5 m, it offers plenty of space and from the roof terrace you have a great view over Rummelsburg Bay.
