A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Lake, Wi-Fi, email or cell phone Everything is within walking distance: 3 parks, restaurants, grocery stores, theaters, tram and night bus in front of the door, bus stop 300 m,

Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) from here by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Babelsberg Film Park and the district of the same name are interesting places to visit. With the S-Bahn, which is about a 15-minute walk away, you can be in Berlin in 25 minutes or in the center of Potsdam in 10 minutes. By car you can reach the highway within 5 minutes, but neither it nor the train can be heard at night.

Experience Potsdam skin close yet in the countryside. We are a quiet residential settlement directly on the Ravensbergen, which invites beautifully to hikes and bike tours. The main train station and Potsdam centre are about 3-5 km away and very easy to reach by public transport. You'll love my place because of the peace, the comfortable bed, and much more. In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly.
