It was a second stay that lived up to the first. The house has charm, character and comfort. The terrace and garden are beautiful places surrounded by trees and flowers and offer extraordinary views. The area allows for various visits, starting with Cortone with its streets and squares, its churches and museums are worth several visits. The hospitality of Irene and her parents, Fiorella and Luciano, is most friendly.

What an incredible house! It was definitely off the beaten path but, if you're looking for a peaceful place with a view, you cannot beat that with Lolita's place. I will add that Lolita and her husband went out of their way to fix a wi-fi issue on our arrival, which we very much appreciated since the house is remote and cell service can be spotty. The weather was rainy while we were there so we weren't able to take advantage of the outdoor kitchen set up they have but, if we are ever in the area again during the summer, I'd love to spend a few more days taking advantage of everything the place has to offer.

We really enjoyed our stay in this small but functional apartment, surrounded by greenery, in a very quiet and convenient location both for walks in the Umbrian nature and to reach the services and tourist towns in the area. Great welcome and availability!

Renata is amazing. We felt very welcome and our little son was even spoiled with a nice farewell gift. Lovely breakfast available and Renata fry a very good egg of eggs! She is happy to help with excursions and advice for the area. She also took us on farm visits to entertain our son. All in all, a really lovely stay where we could have easily spent several days.

Evaristo's beautiful cottage is nestled very near Assisi, but tucked away in nature just enough to make you feel at peace and on your own. We highly recommend this stay! The olive groves, trees, and open space are great for the soul. It is very quiet with stunning views, and the cottage felt very comfortable and clean. There was a downstairs apartment that was not booked, so we had the entire villa and garden/terrace to ourselves. The gardener did come each morning to water and maintain the grounds, but he was very friendly and unobtrusive. Evaristo is very clear about all of the rules of the house, including payment of the city tax and extra guest fees, but be sure to read all of these details before you book and arrive so that you are not surprised. We highly recommend this stay!!

This is my second time booking with Alice and Sonia, but this time in the apartment " I canapé" on Via del Cassero. I had a great time, even this time. The train was about 1 hour late and I warned Alice that she was immediately available. When I arrived, Alice showed me the apartment and gave me suggestions for the area. Then, before leaving, he told me to contact you if you needed it. Everything was very tidy and clean, in addition, the apartment is furnished with a lot of care and details. The couch is super comfortable and spacious in the seat. There are also several paintings painted back, from a family aunty. For breakfast, Alice made me find various treats and gluten-free products, knowing I'm gluten intolerant. Really , very kind of you! We had a wonderful stay at Stella’s farmhouse. The grounds and surroundings were excellent for walking and exploring in the mornings and late afternoons. The accommodations very comfortable for our multigenerational family. Stella was an excellent host! Very kind, helpful with all our questions, and provided us some nice recommendations for the region. We would love to return!

Being hosted in Nino's house was a great experience. We found everything you need to stay and the comforts you could look for while on vacation. The house was very clean and cared for in many details and also showed attention by also providing accessories dedicated to 4-legged friends. The kitchen is very well equipped. The directions were accurate and very useful were the suggestions provided by Nino. The photos exactly reflect the place we stayed and the outdoor spaces are very relaxing and absolutely to enjoy. We look forward to returning to the first opportunity

Stefania’s apartment was absolutely stunning, the location is very peaceful and serene. The restaurant and food were incredible and the hosts truly are wonderful. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing and authentic Italian experience this is the place to come. It’s fantastic!

Virginia is a very friendly and responsive host. The accommodation was extremely relaxing and i would highly recommend a stay there. Quite and a real farm life style, yet close to a lot of tourists sites .

Silvia and Fabrizio are very nice hosts who welcomed us with a great sense of hospitality. The house is really very spacious and there is nothing missing, it is a pity to spend only one night since I walk along the Via Francigena

We stayed here 3 nights! We live in Florence and we chose this place to escape the chaos of the city and I have to say that we spent 3 days in complete relaxation! Very clear check-in instructions and everything related to the use of the accessories of the house, including a jacuzzi! The Host has always been ready to give us advice both before and during our stay! Nothing to complain about!

Elisa and Luca were a wonderful hosts. They kindly had a taxi meet us at the train station so we could get into town easier. The space was beautiful with great country views, quite spectacular! Thank you for a memorable and fantastic stay in Assisi. My family truly enjoyed the apartment—it was comfortable, charming, and perfect for our trip. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful with all our questions. We wish them continued success on Airbnb!

We enjoyed 3 nights in this beautiful home. Everything in the home was lovely and we wish we could have stayed longer. We met with Elisa and she shared some local recommendations for us which we greatly appreciated. She also left us a lovely bottle of wine which was very thoughtful. Although Panicale is small, we felt right at home immediately. We loved that you could walk to two little cafes and several amazing restaurants. We enjoyed two wonderful meals in Panicale and our morning coffee and pastry at one of the small cafes. We loved this location and explored several other small Italian villages which were close by. We enjoyed talking to some of the locals and learning more about this charming town. Our stay at Elisa's was very nice and we had everything we needed. We hope to come back.

We were looking for a place to relax and feel at home and so it was. Rooms and clean, large and cozy common spaces. Andrea is a person you feel like you've always known, friendly and helpful. That his passion is music, there are no doubts and he manages to drag guests into his world between musical instruments and amazing records left available to everyone. A place I recommend!

We had an incredible stay with Paolo and Monica, it was a unique experience, we would repeat it without a doubt. The place is beautiful and it's amazing that they share a little of what their life is like. Animals are beautiful, great experience getting to know them. They were very attentive, they always helped us with everything.

Maria’s place was such a treat for a long weekend. There are many things to do outdoors and for us it was perfect to relax with the sound of nature 24/7. There are many kids activities in the house (toys, games, puzzles$ and the nature surrounding the house is fun to explore! Mini playground is also great just across the street. We enjoyed her hospitality and kindness. Maria was always responsive, helpful, and gave great restaurant and activities recommendations.

We felt very comfortable and were able to spend relaxing days in the beautiful, quiet environment. The region is very versatile and you can make great excursions! The location was also ideal for our dog to run. We are more than happy to recommend the place!

It was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. The house is private, very cozy, and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring Umbria. Gabriele gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants around the place, and those we visited were amazing. We would love to come back one day!

we had an amazing time in piagaro,and Thomas gave so mutch information about the Village and a guide around when we arrived. that was really good. he was also a really interesting and reflected man. We had some really good conversations and I would love to come back to his place. I used the cafe every morning for the morning coffee just to take in the atmosphere in the village with the most lovely staff there . Comfortable month-long stay in a well-equipped home with great amenities: super comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful extras like candles, bug sprays, cleaning products. The space has genuine character – clean but slightly cluttered, with an older interior showing some wear. Bathrooms need renovation, but overall a good stay with potential for an even better experience. Great and clean towels, bed linens, nice pillows. It is a beautiful area, there are kind neighbors, and there is a very nice and sunny terrace with a lot of seating space and furniture. It is charming, old Italian house :) thanks for hosting us!

Moira’s place was terrific, I couldn’t ask for a better host. Her cafe is convenient to the apartment and she was very attentive to our needs. The apartment in my opinion was nicer than what is posted. The kitchen is small but it has everything you’d need to prepare meals so no complaints. I would most definitely stay here again. Trevi is very nice quiet town.
