Relax in a charming apartment in a characteristic area of ​​the historic center, with a completely independent entrance, in a 13th-century building. Spacious, with two bedrooms, a large living room with a double sofa bed, exposed stone ceilings, and a mezzanine. Free or paid parking is available nearby, between 100 and 250 meters away. We are 50 meters from the University for Foreigners, and really close to the Etruscan Arch, Corso Vannucci, and Fontana Maggiore, Superfast fiber available.

My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

Near the building is the Via della Viola, a characteristic alley animated by typical local and renowned restaurants.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
