The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Build in 2022 holiday apartment, has fully equipped kitchen, beautifully designed living room, en-suite bedroom and a gallery (max. gallery hight 1.7m). Our garden is still under construction but there is a direct access to fields and forests.

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

Small beautiful apartment in our historic farm. Our district is idyllically and quietly located above the Moselle and is a perfect starting point for motorcycle/bicycle/hiking tours/boat trips or simply to relax. The Traumpfade, various castles, the Moselle Valley, the Maifeld, as well as Koblenz and Cochem are easily reached. Our small but fine nest is equipped with everything to feel comfortable. Motorcycles/bicycles can be safely stored.
