The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. On the upper floor there is a large, cozy kitchen-living room with great views and a fireplace, merging into an open living room, as well as two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. On the first floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It includes a parking space and a private, fenced garden.

Die helle und gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Garten im Ortsteil Taubach, idyllisch an der Ilm gelegen, 5 km vom Stadtzentrum in Weimar entfernt. Über einen separaten Eingang erreicht man die Wohn-Küche, einen großen Wohn-/ Schlafraum sowie das Bad. Eine Schiebetür kann zur Wohnküche geschlossen werden. Der Garten kann vollständig genutzt werden, verschiedene Sitzplätze laden zum Entspannen ein. Nach Weimar gibt es zwei schöne Radwege.

Free parking is also available in the fenced property and in front of the garage.
