Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

The modern housing unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe harbor in Wertheim. The creative upcycling idea benefits not only our environment, but also you. The Tiny House offers you everything you expect from a modern micro house on 26m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, a lighted parking right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own house.

Experience living in a sustainable sea container developed in northern Germany. On 23 sqm you can fully enjoy beautiful interior, cozy furnishings and minimalist furnishings. We have chosen all this personally with a lot of love! :-) Except for the steel sheath, almost the entire wall structure consists of renewable raw materials, such as wood, jute and hemp. The visible clay plaster provides a unique look and a pleasant indoor climate.

From the balcony you can look directly at the harbor basin and watch the Cologne Deutzer ship are 110 m long inland ships from the water. The harbor is right next to the exhibition center, which is within walking distance via the Zoo Bridge. Right in front of the harbor entrance is the Claudius-Therme, the cable car to the zoo and the Rheinpark.
