Live the “simple” life on the Baltic: in a solar-powered workman’s hut. The idyllic hamlet of Klützer Winkel is 20 km east of Lübeck, Germany, 6 km west of Boltenhagen, and only ten minutes’ walk from the unspoiled Baltic coastline. Our natural refuge (3500 sq.m./over 37,000 sq.ft.) is nestled among hilly meadows, woodlands, beaches, and some nearby seaside cliffs. Our owner-run plot of land has many fruit trees and other trees, blackberry bushes and shrubs. Pristine meadows directly around the property are crisscrossed by narrow pathways. You can set up your own place to sit, and there is a central terrace with barbecue. Facing the south, the vintage workman’s hut (20 square meter/215 square feet) was converted into a cocoon of living space with virtually no environmental footprint. Its separate bedroom, kitchen and roomy living area are supplemented by a 14 square meter (150 square foot) veranda facing west. All the flooring is larch. All electricity is solar generated with water supply from on board tanks or at the nearby “bathhouse” on the same plot with its solar-powered shower. A wood-burning stove can be used in colder weather. Details: 12VDC power supply, intermittent 220V/80W power with converter, DVB-T TV, radio and DVD player, refrigerator, two-plate gas cooker, and sink. Since 2016 we got a supplementary nonsolar power supply i.e. to have a shower without sun. Plus we offer: Bicycle and bed linen rental (please confirm in advance), drawing and painting kits, arts and crafts equipment, beach utensils. Plus the chance to pick and process cherries, blackberries, pears, and apples (all according to the season and availability, for a small fee) Klützer Winkel also offers many leisure, cultural, and recreational opportunities.

Eingebettet im "PlatzProjekt" - dem Vorzeigeprojekt für alternative Stadtentwicklung Hannovers - bietet es Gästen dank natürlicher Baumaterialien eine nachhaltige und individuelle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The construction trailer has its own fenced garden, barbecue, seating in the garden, fireplace in the construction trailer, etc. It is romantic, extraordinary and ideal for nature lovers to stay there and be awakened by birdsong in the morning. The modern accommodation unit consists of upcycling cargo containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe haven in Wertheim. Not only does the environment benefit from the creative upcycling idea, but you do also! The Tiny House offers 26m² of everything you expect from a modern micro house. A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking lot right in front of the door and the feel good comfort of living in your own house.

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

Experience living in a sustainably converted sea container. On 23 sqm you can fully enjoy beautiful interior, cozy furnishings and minimalist furnishings. We have personally selected all of this with a lot of love! :-) What makes it special? Except for the steel casing, almost the entire wall structure is made of renewable raw materials, such as wood, jute and hemp. The visible clay plaster creates a unique look and a pleasant room climate.

You are staying in a converted Seecontainer in the middle of the Cologne-Mülheimer harbor. From the balcony you can look directly at the harbor basin and watch the Cologne Deutzer ship are 110 m long inland ships from the water. The harbor is right next to the exhibition center, which is within walking distance via the Zoo Bridge. Right in front of the harbor entrance is the Claudius-Therme, the cable car to the zoo and the Rheinpark.

Our trailer, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer accommodation services, keeping it completely mobile - while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
