The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer everything your heart desires: cozy hours in front of the fireplace in winter, and relaxed evenings with a glass of wine on the veranda in summer. When furnishing, we placed emphasis on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The suite offers tranquility and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse den weitläufigen Garten genießen und dabei die Rehe in der Ferne beobachten während man die Pläne für den Tag macht, ob mit dem Fahrrad, oder dem Auto die Umgebung bietet eine üppige Auswahl an Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten, für Naturliebhaber bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Nach einem aktivem Tag bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder auf der großen Couch neben dem Kamin zu relaxen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein artemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramaschlafzimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das verglaste Schlafloft mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Die schwebende Küchenzeile, ein Outdoor-Badezimmer, eine umfassende Bibliothek und viele versteckte Details sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

The cozy detached house Tropica (72 square meters) invites you to switch off and linger. In addition to a high-quality kitchen, it is characterized by its attention to detail. There is a sofa bed, so 2 children are welcome. The garden supports the comfort with a heated hot tub, the barbecue area with a Weber grill and the 85 sqm play-fun fitness center with training equipment and entertainment. Thank you for your interest in my apartment. I would be very happy to welcome you to our completely renovated Black Forest house from 1894. The approximately 50 square meter attic apartment with a living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is completely designed with oak parquet or old plank flooring. The balcony allows a beautiful view of the spa house and the spa park. Hiking trails, restaurants, thermal baths and shops are within walking distance.
