Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

The vacation allows you to take a vacation from technology and stress. Cook with the kitchen witch on a wood fire and prepare hot water with the bath stove. Live outside and take a nap on the resting bed under the oak or go to the go to the nearby outdoor pool. The charm of country life is not perfection but improvisation. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse den weitläufigen Garten genießen und dabei die Rehe in der Ferne beobachten während man die Pläne für den Tag macht, ob mit dem Fahrrad, oder dem Auto die Umgebung bietet eine üppige Auswahl an Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten, für Naturliebhaber bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Nach einem aktivem Tag bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder auf der großen Couch neben dem Kamin zu relaxen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Wake up with a magnificent view of the Mosel

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A loft with fireplace, sauna, 12-meter pool and garden. Individual gastronomic care can be booked. You can also cook in the fully equipped boathouse kitchen. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.
