On the ground floor, there is a shared kitchen, living room, and dining area with the host. The room features two comfortable single 200*90cm beds, it can be combined into one king-sized bed measuring 200cm x 180cm if required. The living room includes a 180*60cm desk and is connected to a balcony with a good view.

Makuuhuoneessa uusi parisänky ja yhden hengen sänky sekä tarvittaessa vauvalle matkasänky. Olohuoneessa työpöytä, parisänky ja iso sohva. Hintaan kuuluu shampoo, hoitoaine sekä saippuat. Myös kahvi, tee,sokeri, hunaja ja kaurahiutaleet kuuluvat hintaan. Huoneisto on remontoitu ja kalustettu 1/2020.

In the center of Oulu, in the best location, 2020 completed 31m2 studio. The apartment is located near the train and bus stations. The apartment is on the 11th floor, with a great view. Accommodation is available for 3 people, a single bed and a convertible sofa bed. All services are nearby. Walking to the white 5min. to the market beach 10-15 min. University hospital 2.6 km, many different restaurants nearby. The apartment is fully equipped.

Small fridge only for guest use in upstairs lobby area. Linen and breakfast included. Possibility for sauna free of charge. Since the bus connection is limited, our place is ideal for travelers with own car. Small/midsize dogs are welcome.

We have a 2 story 246m2 apartment ready for relaxing stay. Peacefull environment, pristine forest, milkstores and some restaurants nearby! All comforts available in house (wifi, private TV, Netflix, printers, balcony etc), ask bike/ski/skate rental 10€/day etc. Continental breakfast (bread, bacon, cheese, tomato, lettuce, orange juice, boilet eggs, coffee/tea, milk) agreeable.
