Little red cottage

The cottage is the old main building of a log-built horse farm and is almost 100 years old. In 2010, the cottage was renovated from floor to ceiling. The cottage is 45 square metres and includes a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. The cottage is located in the courtyard of the horse farm, and there are horses and cats on the farm. You can greet the horses by arrangement. The hosts live in the same courtyard. Guests with pets are allowed in our cottage. 6 km to the grocery store 4 km to the beach 3 km to the nature trail 35 km to Oulu I speak English.

Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Shops: Lidl 200m (electric car charging, another charging in Neste's yard 300m), S-market 3 km (open 24h) and City-market 4 km. Oulu city center can be reached by bus (stop 200m) or by car 10 min.

Studio at the end of a detached house on the second floor. There is a code lock on the door. The property is located on the north side of Oulu, by the motorway, near Oulu's Ideapark. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed Karup design (size 140x200). The kitchen is well-equipped, including an induction stove, an integrated dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Coffee, and kettle and microwave can be found in the breakfast cupboard. Washing machine in the bathroom. Pets for an additional fee. Free parking.

Spacious two-room apartment, Oulu city center,

The apartment is located within walking distance of the city center. Ainola Park, cafes and shops are within walking distance. It is easy to arrive at the apartment. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. There are beds for four people and a travel cot for a small child. Several 2-hour parking spaces near the apartment (on Saturdays after 4 pm and on Sundays free parking) There is a paid parking garage in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (1.60 euros/hour and a maximum of 20 euros/day)

The apartment has high-quality equipment: e.g. induction cooker, integrated dishwasher, integrated oven, tumble dryer. Apartment has stylish interior & beautiful dishware. There is 160 cm double bed and a third bed as an air mattress. A large glazed balcony with a seating group. 43" smart TV (e.g. Netflix), high-speed internet (200/200).
