The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Iin historiallisessa Wanhassa Haminassa omakotitalon pihapiirissä oleva asunto on tunnelmallinen pysähdyspaikka n. 500m nelostiestä. Iijoki on kivenheiton päässä, vilauksen voi nähdä jopa ikkunasta. Päärakennuksessa asuu kolmihenkinen perhe. Iin kunta on tunnettu kulttuurista ja taiteesta ja majoittaja Minna osaa halutessanne kertoa Iin historiasta, nähtävyyksistä ja kulttuurista. Iin palvelut ovat lähellä ja Ouluun 30min ajomatka. Asunto on kauttaaltaan remontoitu keväällä 2024.

The bedrooms have a double bed (180cm) and two single beds (90cm). The apartment is on the top floor and is very quiet. It is very well equipped with the possibility to cook and stay with all you need for a wonderful time in Oulu.

The cottage has 45 square meters and includes a bedroom, a cottage, and a bathroom. The cottage is located in the yard of a horse farm and has horses and cats. Horses can be greeted upon agreement. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment has a basic set of dishes for two. Air conditioner installed on July 19, 2024 to ease the heat 160cm wide bed, extra mattress available. Garage parking available for a separate fee, check availability in advance.
