The cottage is suitable for 2 people and offers a living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house can be heated with electrical heaters, a heat pump or a wood-burning oven.

Asunnolta on Oulun lentokentälle 7min. ja Oulun keskustaan 20min. Lähikauppa on 2km päässä. Asunto on lapsiperheen pihassa- oma hirsinen asunto. Sauna,suihku ja jacuzzi on isäntäväen kanssa yhteinen, mutta ajan sopimalla, se on käytössäsi 1-1,5h/vrk. Jouluun varaukseen kuuluu jacuzzi 3h /päivä.

Tervetuloa yöpymään 2022 valmistuneessa erillisessä 13 m2 saunatuvassa kotimme pihapiirissä. Saunatuvassa voit nauttia puukiukaan löylyistä ja yöpyä levitettävällä sohvasängyllä. Lisäksi rakennuksessa on wc, suihku, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, vedenkeitin ja terassi. Terassilla sijaitsevan paljun voi vuokrata erillishintaan täytettynä ja lämmitettynä 120€/1.pv, lisäpäivät 40€. Hintaan sisältyvät vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet, laudeliinat, loppusiivous ja tarvittaessa auton pysäköinti.

Kohde sijaitsee lakeuden peltomaisemien keskellä . Rauhallisella hajaasutus alueella. Kyseessä 33m2 erillisrakennus omakotitalon pihapiirissä. Wc, puulämmitteinen sauna, kylpyhuone, yhteinäinen makuuhuone /keittiö tila. Keittiöstä löytyy tarvittavat perusvälineet, uuni, liesi, jääkaappi ja pakastin. During your stay, you can jump from the sauna to the swimming pool (May-September), you can light fires outside at the campfire site or just relax with a cup of coffee or tea.
