The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

This stylish luxury home is perfect, especially for a larger family. The apartment is located in a large city suburb, at the same time on the edge of the forest. You have access to a villa of about 200 square meters, which also has a winter hot tub. With good luck, you can see the aurora borealis at the same time as you relax in the hot tub outside. Downtown services are only 10 kilometers away. There are parking spaces for three cars in the yard, as well as an electric car charging point. You won't be disappointed in this place.

Villa Taivaanranta is a peaceful home for a family with children, located by the sea in Kempeleen Bay, Oulunsalo. In the outdoor hot tub, you'll admire the northern starry sky or sunset in winter. The house has beds for 7 adults. There are 2 children's beds. It has 270 m2, sauna, bathroom, 3 toilets, living room, kitchen and hallway. Outdoor sauna. Balcony. 5 minute drive to Oulu Airport and 15 minutes to the center of Oulu. Bus connections are great. We're hoping for a minimum stay of 3 days.

Hieman erilaisten kokemusten hakijoille. Sisäpihan suojassa oleva pihasviitti kaikilla mausteilla. Sisältää puusaunan, viihtyisän pesuhuoneen, pienen mutta kätevän keittiön sekä vuodesohvan yläpuolelle avautuvan lasikaton, josta mahtavat taivas näkymät. Lisäksi terassiin on upotettu poreamme, jota vuokrataan erillisellä hinnalla. Pihalla on autopaikka lämmityksellä. Sviitissä on nopea wifi-yhteys. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki kokkaamiseen tarvittavat perusvälineet uunia lukuun ottamatta.

Saunatupa - Sauna Cabin

Tervetuloa yöpymään 2022 valmistuneessa erillisessä 13 m2 saunatuvassa kotimme pihapiirissä. Saunatuvassa voit nauttia puukiukaan löylyistä ja yöpyä levitettävällä sohvasängyllä. Lisäksi rakennuksessa on wc, suihku, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, vedenkeitin ja terassi. Terassilla sijaitsevan paljun voi vuokrata erillishintaan täytettynä ja lämmitettynä 120€/1.pv, lisäpäivät 40€. Hintaan sisältyvät vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet, laudeliinat, loppusiivous ja tarvittaessa auton pysäköinti.
