Welcome to the charming Kulmikki! 🧡 There are 39 squares in the corner. The apartment is located on the street level of an apartment building built in 2022 in the city centre. Private entrance directly from the courtyard. The air-source heat pump cools in the summer heat.☀️ You also have a parking space (in the courtyard). The sleeping area has a plush double bed and sleeps on a extendable couch (140cm). Please let me know if you need a sofa bed for a double booking. 🛏️ Check in at 4pm Check out 12pm

Tilamme sijaitsee Kalajoen rauhallisella sivukylällä 17km Kalajoen keskustasta ja 25 km Hiekkasärkiltä. Pihapiirissämme asustaa kaneja, kanoja , kissoja ja koira. Trampoliini, polkuauto ja hiekkalaatikko on myös vieraiden käytössä. Pihalla on grillikatos, jossa kaasugrilli. Kesällä 2026 käytössä pihasauna.

A really nice holiday home in Kalajoki's Hiekkasärki. This unique and stylish apartment is located on a sandy beach by the sea. Marina Dyynikylä is located between the sea and a landscaped pond. The marina area will be built into a high-quality and maritime holiday and recreation center of the Hiekkasärkkien tourist center. This 2-story 88m2 vacation home was completed in the fall of 2023 and was commissioned in 052024.

The house is an old - built in 1908 - VR barracks building and it once served as the house of an accountant/shunter. The premises, which exude the atmosphere of the past, were renovated in 2022 and put into use for accommodation at the beginning of 2023.
