A 40-square-metre small house for independent living. You can adjust the heating in the cottage yourself with electricity and/or fireplaces. The yard sauna has a warm shower and firewood ready for heating the stove. 2 toilets, 2 rooms, 2 TVs. In the kitchen corner you can prepare your own meals. Good instructions for all functions. Pet fee 10€. Easy final cleaning = only your own traces removed! NOTE: Pet economy & wood heating & grandma's cottage scents can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and uneven yard can make exercise difficult :(

About 1.4 km from the train station and there are good light traffic routes in addition to the car roads. Big Prisma almost next door and Pitzer can be found across the street.
