Here you can enjoy quiet days along the beachfront, on the roof terrace, on the golf course or stroll into town if you want to. Unique view of Mjøsa with entrance to the terrace from the bedroom and living room/kitchen 1 master bedroom with 180 double bed and 2 regular bedrooms. It is also possible with mattress on the floor of the bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms, one with bathtub. Washing machine. 100 meters to the beach. One duvet and pillow for each guest. Bed sheets and towels are brought or rented for a small amount during your stay.

Cabin at Høversjøen.

In this spacious and unique space, the whole family will be comfortable. The cabin is located by the water, its own gate as well as a fenced plot. It is a natural plot in the yard. It is a 100 year old handmade cabin that has previously been Høvern school. The cabin is alone, with no view from neighbors. There are good swimming and fishing opportunities. Rented to adult housekeepers. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in addition 200 NOK per person. There will be a road all the way up to the cabin in the winter.

Captain's residence at Mjøsa (Totenvika)

Modern, maritime-style holiday home. The captain at Skibladner lived here for many years, and the house is full of ship history. Here you will find 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds, a large bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with a cozy wood burning stove. The house also has a heat pump to keep a pleasant temperature all year round. If you want breakfast we buy in and put in the fridge (850kr fixed price for the whole house - paid separately).

From July 2025, we can finally welcome to Hanshagan - an authentic homestead, closely restored in the 1920s style, but with modern comfort. The house has been recently restored with care: original materials are preserved, ancient craftsmanship traditions continued, and all with respect for the history of the place. Here you can experience life the way it was-without sacrificing warmth, hygiene, or convenience. Hanshagan is beautifully situated in Stange Vestbygd and offers views of fields, forest and Mjøsa.

The house is charming and cozy and located right next to Mjøsa. Here you can wake up listening to the waves from the lake and see beautiful sunsets at the evening. Mjøsa is Norway's larges lake with great fishing. The house have a 120 meter private shore with a beach in the end. Perfect for kids (see picture for equipment). Welcome to Gjøvik, a city of 30,000 residents, in drivingdistance to Hamar and Lillyhammer. Oslo, 2 h away. The house got 3 spacious floors, with bedrooms at each. 2 bathrooms and a large garden. Our family home (5 bedrooms) have a great view of Mjøsa. We have a terracce with a view and a indoor terracce as the temperatures and weather changes. The area is safe and we got a beautiful garden for relaxing, playing and biking. We do recommend a car to get the most out of your trip.

Authentic 1947 home. Worn, but spacious, bright and functional. Kitchen, bathroom/WC/laundry room plus two rooms separated by a sliding door downstairs. Two rooms upstairs. Renovation needed, but the bathroom and kitchen appliances are fairly new. It is possible to have 4 separate bedrooms. The kitchen dining table seats 6 persons comfortably. Firewood is free of charge. Next door is a nice convenience store!
