About half an hour from Oslo Airport and an hour from Oslo you will find idyllic peace and quiet in Hurdal. Countless possibilities for activities in summer and winter. Miles of ski slopes and five minutes to Hurdal Ski, the largest ski resort in Akershus. Visit the riding center, alpaca hiking, swimming in Hurdalsjøen. We have shops, cafes, village cinema and beautiful Hurdalsjøen Hotel. At Hurdal Verk, where the Cooking School on TV2 is recorded, there is a lovely park and possibility for frisbee golf. Captain's residence at Mjøsa (Totenvika)

Modern holiday home in maritime style. The captain of Skibladner lived here for many years, and the house is full of shipping history. Here you will find 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds, a large bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with a cozy wood-burning stove. The house also has a heat pump to keep a comfortable temperature all year round. If you want breakfast, we will buy it and put it in the fridge (NOK 850 fixed price for the whole house - paid separately).

The boys' room at Båkinn farm

We have renovated the old boys' room on the farm, and rent it out for short and longer stays. Pilgrims get an extra discount, contact us directly by texting 97786500. The place is best suited for 2 adults, or a family with 2 smaller children. The house is located in the courtyard, but still shielded. There is a short walking distance to Mjøsa, you can stroll down in 5 minutes. There you can swim. The Pilgrim's Way goes right past the yard, and there are many other nice hiking opportunities by bike and on foot.

Husmannsplassen Hanshagan at Nøttestad Søndre farm

From July 2025, we can finally welcome you to Hanshagan – an authentic farmhouse, closely restored in 1920s style, but with modern comfort. The house has recently been carefully restored: original materials have been preserved, old craft traditions continued, and all with respect for the history of the place. Here you can experience life as it was – without sacrificing warmth, hygiene or convenience. Hanshagan is beautifully situated in Stange Vestbygd and offers views of fields, forests and Mjøsa.

Lovely cabin next to lake Mjøsa with private beach

The house is charming and cozy and located right next to Mjøsa. Here you can wake up listening to the waves from the lake and see beautiful sunsets at the evening. Mjøsa is Norway's larges lake with great fishing. The house have a 120 meter private shore with a beach in the end. Perfect for kids (see picture for equipment). The ground is 5000 sqm so you have a lot of outdoor space. The house itself is 69 sqm. Ground floor consist of:livingrom, kitchen and bathroom. 2. floor consist of 2 bedrooms

Lovely cabin overlooking lake Mjøsa - 1h from Oslo

The cabin has fantastic views, surrounded by woods and beautiful nature. This simple, rustic and stylish cabin is great for couples, families, backpackers, people who are looking for a city break and want to experience Norwegian nature. A great place for a holiday, skiing in the winter, and also a quiet and peaceful place to work from, with fast WiFi. The cabin is overlooking the largest lake in Norway, in the village of Feiring. Approx. 60 minutes by car from Oslo, and 35 min from Oslo Airport

Stabbur på Kollbekk

The staff cage belongs to the small farm Kollbækk. Large green areas and a dog farm with houses are available for the guests. The place is close to Mjøsa about 1 hour drive from Gardermoen, the air bus stops 200 m from us. Within 15 minutes there is Totenåsen with plenty of hiking opportunities winter as summer, Norwegian Horse Center Starum, Gjøvik and Toten golf club Sillongen, Gjøvik town with mountain hall and wheel steamer Skibladner. An hour drive to Mjøsbyene Lillehammer and Hamar.

Cozy barn on a farm overlooking Mjøsa Welcome to the farmyard at Stange Vestbygd - "Norway's Tuscany" You will have access to the entire barn. The first floor has a bedroom with 4 beds, 1 bathroom and kitchen. The second floor is a large room with dining area for 30 people and plenty of space in the lounge in front of the TV. It is also possible to set up beds on this floor if needed.
