The apartment is about 60 sqm, on the 1st floor of a residential house, and has a separate entrance. In the living room there is TV with Blu-ray player, cromecast and many TV channels. The bedroom has a double bed. In addition, two mattresses that you can put on the floor. 1 person (max 180 cm) can sleep on the sofa in the living room.
