The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Here awaits fantastic walking and cycling paths right outside the door. If you head south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely baths at rock cliffs or quiet, peaceful walks along the sea. If you head north, a lovely pedestrian and bicycle path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc., as we do not live permanently in Skåne and cannot manage this! A warm welcome!
