Small house in Kivik

Välkomna till vårt gästhus som vi kallar Brygghuset eftersom det låg just ett ett rött brygghus där på platsen innan vi byggde huset 2022. Det ligger lite enskilt i en stor lummig trädgård tillhörande Villa Solbacken, vår permanentbostad i Skogsdala, Kivik. Från huset är det gångavstånd till Kiviks hamn, strand och restauranger. Viktigt att notera är att huset har en brant trappa till loftet och inga grindar, alltså inte barnsäkert. I vårt boende städar gästerna själva och har med egna lakan

This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Here you will have access to a pleasant accommodation along Byvägen in scenic Sankt Olof during your stay in Österlen. In the property, there are 7 beds, 1 cot and 2 cots upstairs. It is possible to charge the car for SEK 5 per kWh. Please let us know and you will have access to this when you have parked the car. The accommodation offers basic TV and Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linen and towels. You clean yourself before you check out.
