Brygghuset Hagestad, a former microbrewery in Österlen, offers a newly renovated guest house in boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 minutes walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik on Eklaholm & Reunion shop/café. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice dining experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the area. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km to ICA, pharmacy, etc. Bed linens & towels are included. Small house in Kivik

Welcome to our guesthouse that we call Brygghuset because there was just a red brewhouse there on the site before we built the house in 2022. It is located a little individually in a large lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house it is within walking distance to Kivik harbor, beach and restaurants. Important to note is that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, i.e. not childproofed. In our home, guests clean themselves and bring their own sheets

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Fire station in Österlen

The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Charming house in Kåseberga

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Stengatan Kivik - next to the sea

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.

A nice holiday home with a lovely view of the open landscape on Österlen. One length of this built-around farm is furnished for a pleasant holiday stay. There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder. A large living room in open plan with kitchen and a spacious bathroom makes the accommodation both practical and comfortable.
