Small house in Kivik

Welcome to our guesthouse that we call Brygghuset because there was just a red brewhouse there on the site before we built the house in 2022. It is located a little individually in a large lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house it is within walking distance to Kivik harbor, beach and restaurants. Important to note is that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, i.e. not childproofed. In our home, guests clean themselves and bring their own sheets

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Fire station in Österlen

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Up to 8 people can live here comfortably with everything you need. Proximity to beaches and cozy villages included.

Tycker ni om gamla hus med bevarade detaljer,så välkomna till Bergåsa! Det finns två lägenheter som hyrs ut samt liten stuga. Se min profil Ni har egen ingång och trädgård. wifi och cromecast finns. Jag bor i ena ladan och min syster i den andra. Så det kan vara lite liv och rörelse,men vi är snälla och enkla. Det kan komma en katt på besök. Nära till Kivik ,och stranden (gångavstånd) ca 15 minuter. Stenshuvud nationalpark, Svabesholm och kivik artcenter ngn kilometer bort. välkomna! Nina

Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

The renovated guesthouse is attached to the main farmhouse, which is also an architect atelier. 2 bedroom unit with a living-room, bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen. A bed sofa in the living room, can be used for two extra adults. Private entrance with both private and shared outdoor spaces. Friendly 🐓 are part of the common spaces. Enjoy!

Charming house in Kåseberga

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Newly built house from autumn 2025. An unbeatable location for exploring Österlen, right between the Österlen and Djupadal golf courses. Located on a corner plot at a cul-de-sac in a secluded location with a view of meadows and apple trees. "Golf in - Golf out" with the courses within walking distance from the house and garden, you can even see the golfers at the 3rd hole on Djupadal's golf course!

Located near Simrishamn with bicycle distance to Brantevik and swimming from the bathing ladder by the cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bicycles and one men's bicycle. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.
