We could not have asked for more! The villa is gorgeous and is in the best location. The staff are super nice and extremely friendly and helpful. We met with Era and Laura who helped with everything from recommending restaurants and places to go, to helping out with any questions or queries we had. We will 1000% be coming back again. Very nice apartment and very friendly host! The apartment was as described and everything was properly present. We were warmly welcomed by the host. She gave us good tips for restaurants and activities, she also watched weather forecasts and we received a map of the region, very convenient! We found some small hygienic drawbacks that we shared with the host, which was responded to well. All in all, a very nice experience. This listing is highly recommended!

Really nice place at the front row to the sea. The apartment has nice furniture, three bedroomels with high quality beds, two full bathrooms and one additional toilet. The kitchen/living room area is very spacious and has a great sea view. The pool area is amazing. It is shared with other apartments, but there are just twp or three, so we only met a few people there. The best of all is the pool side bar area, where you an take drinks from the fridge or mae yourself a cocktail or just coffee, and simply mark it down and pay at the check-out. The personell were super nice and also made us breakfast in the morning (it is not included in price, you must order it). The only small downside is the cooling system in the apartment - it blows cold air from the floor upwards, so it is not very effective as the cool air always stays down low, so it was a bit warm at times. Maybe we didn't use it properly. We will definitely try to come back.

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Small, cute apartment in a top location. Only 1 min from the beach, with access to the pool. It was all great and very straightforward. The apartment is simply furnished, but everything really fit great and was perfect for us and the long weekend.

Amazing place to stay!! Everything was so clean that it looked like brand new apartments. Definitely worth the price according to the accommodation and the host!!

Had a wonderful stay. Host Franko is easily accessible and very helpful. Apartment is very clean and cot was already ready. Jaccuzi is clean and warm on arrival. Highly recommended. Located just outside Zadar which was fine for us. Not walking distance (unless you want to walk longer than half hour).

We had a great stay, the place is in a good quiet location. The inside was better than expected and clean. Short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend it.

The house is smaller than in the photos that don't show it as it is today. The exteriors and furniture are no longer the same. It should also be noted that the road not far from the house is quite noisy, cars are constantly passing all day long. Overall the service is still good but is not the exact reflection of what we expect when we see the listing. Despite everything it is very correct and the house is well arranged, the owner is also a nice and available person.

An excellent house for a family or a group. There is a pool and a playground nearby. Within walking distance to the city center. Completely matches the description and photos. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

5 stars is not enough, this stay was a 10! Marin is a wonderful host, so accommodating, he helped in any way. He took part in the surprise of my sister coming to visit after years apart and it was SO SPECIAL! He left pool toys for the kids, also seemed like he bought a highchair and crib for our baby they were so new and clean! He left a bottle of wine for birthday celebrations. Just an incredible host who cares about his guests. The home itself was so clean, equipped with everything you may need. Marin always responded quickly with suggestions, reservations, any questions. This was the best air bnb stay! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A magnificent, impressive and beautiful villa that is superbly equipped. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. We were able to enjoy a wonderful week and would come back anytime. The hosts were very friendly and surprised us with numerous things on arrival (fruit, drinks, sweets). We can only say thank you for this paradise.

Ana was super friendly and went above and beyond as a great host. I felt very much looked after, super accommodating, the place was perfect and a great start to my holiday. It was a very pleasant stay, the house was large, and the two families stayed comfortably.

We are four friends and really enjoyed Nevena's house! It was just right for us, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space and retreats for everyone. The kitchen is very modern and conveniently equipped (fully automatic coffee maker, sandwich maker, dishwasher.. ) We loved the garden with pool and cozy sitting lounge. The pool is really a highlight! 🥰 The grill is ideal and we enjoyed our BBQ on the beautiful balcony. The hammock under the tree is a nice shade place to rest. Everything is as pictured. Nevena is a great and warm host. As a welcome, there were local snacks like cheese and ham and a wine. Very attentive! In addition, we received valuable tips for beaches, restaurants and surroundings. We highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back! 😊
