Beachfront holiday rental in Općina Ražanac

Great place, slowly private beach. There was no problem with dogs, so everyone staying there had their own pet. You could walk across the road behind the house. There's also a newly supermarket across the road. The landlord doesn't speak English, but we've always come to an agreement. She was very kind. Thank you for a lovely week

I was with my friends for two weeks in the accommodation on vacation and we had a very nice stay. You are very well connected to the sea and can reach Zadar in 30 minutes by car. There aren't many tourists, which makes the place very quiet. The people who were there were all very friendly and open. Overall, we highly recommend the accommodation :)

A little hard to find because neither Google nor Apple Maps get it right (do not ignore the instructions from the hosts like we did initially!) but a nice set of apartments in a gorgeous setting. Still close to Zadar but without all the tourists. The apartment was clean, comfy, and had everything you could want, including just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were charming, helpful, and helped make everything so easy from the start.

Željka is a very nice host. The communication with her is perfect and easy. We had everything we need. We got a nice present and a bottle of wine. Our dog and 4 year old child were also warm welcomed. We also so a delphi during our breakfast on the balcony. We will come back for sure.

The place with the garden looked like a little paradise. The hospitality and helpfulness was self-evident for the hosts. We thank you for allowing us to spend our vacation in your accommodation.

I was at Damir's house with my kids and husband. It was very pleasant and very nice. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and also on the beach. Damir is a very friendly host. Since we arrived late, he picked us up at the supermarket and took us to his house. The mom brought us fresh crêpes the next day and when they grilled he grilled extra fresh fish for us. A very warm family and a very nice house. Thanks Damir for the wonderful time☺️!

We were very happy with the stay. we travelled with 3 kids 7to15 yrs old. The apartment was very clean and functional. Good quality (and stylish) furniture in the house, on the terrace and in the garden. Kitchen fully equipped. the swimming pool was perfect, especially we stayed there during the heat waves. the air-conditioning was working very well. We were looking for a very quite place and we found it at the location. Outside of the swimming pool we have decided to drive to some beaches in another place, but you can stay in the same village and swim in the sea. The owning family is very kind, smiling and approachable, yet not disturbing. You can feel a great taste and heart of the owners in the apartment. I simply recommend it

Nice, really nice and new vila with everything what you need for relax, including the beatifull swiming pool. Nice and clean rooms with air conditioning.

Very nice place, quietly located. The direct neighboring property is in German hands and is not rented, but only used by the owner and his relatives. These are extremely manageable. The images are 100% real. Alexej speaks German very well, helps and supports where he can. Since he is not on site himself, his employees are quickly on site in case of doubt and support where they can (live in the same place). We had a very nice time.

Very accommodating host, the house was very clean and had good amenities. Beautifully spacious with enough space for 6 people and looks exactly like the pictures. The outdoor area with the loungers and the pool was great. There's nothing to complain about the price.

We had a great time at Braanko's place. The accommodation was very well equipped for us and our two-and-a-half-year-old son. The terrace is beautiful and offers breathtaking views. We were looking for a family vacation, mixed with sea and walks and we found everything we needed nearby. Branko was very available, responsive and friendly. We will recommend this property to those around us and we will be happy to come back if we have the opportunity! THANK YOU!

Great place with a nice small beach nearby, great view from a teras, few nice restaurants in 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Dijana’s place is absolutely superb. The lounge and kitchen are spacious and the kitchen is *extremely* well equipped. The two bedrooms are large with a *huge* and comfortable double bed and a single bed each. There’s plenty of cupboard space. The en-suite bathrooms were neat, tidy and spotless. The washroom has an extra shower and toilet as well as a washing machine. There are plenty of good quality towels of several sizes. The patio has a spectacular view out over the sea and the sunsets were breathtaking. The sea itself is easily accessible down a short flight of stairs. The apartment is a short 10 minute drive from several supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. Dijana is a *fantastic* host and responded to any questions within minutes. She provided essential supplies for when we arrived (drinking water, coffee, snacks etc). She bent over backwards to ensure we had a great stay. We would heartily recommend her and her apartment.

Direct and side sea view with landscape panorama, super clean apartment, good facilities, very good air conditioning, modern window shutters that really darken, practical outdoor shower, stable internet. Our child was happy about the cats, the dog and the 3 swings (instead of the no longer available trampoline) in the garden. The host is super friendly and always helpful. Beautiful, child-friendly, very flat sloping sandy beach with free umbrellas 5min walking distance. 2 nice restaurants with playgrounds by the sea. 20min to the beautiful old town of Nin. We had a delightful time.

Gordana was a loving and attentive host. The location of the apartment is unbeatable. Just outside the door you can swim and snorkel. In the village there is everything you need (bakery, consumption, restaurants, pharmacy, ice cream parlor,...). We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything

The place was very clean and nothing was missing! The solar shower was the hit! The figs are always very tasty and fresh! We were super satisfied and would love to come back! A fantastic place! Beautiful surroundings overlooking and direct access to the sea. Very nice to have a quiet private space with all the amenities you need. Ideal to return to and unwind after a day on the road. It is the perfect base for activities in the area, such as: Zadar, Krka national park and Paklenica national park. And of course the many beaches in the immediate area. In addition, the communication with Simone was also very pleasant. All in all, so highly recommended!
