Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Kick Back at a Cool Urban Oasis with Industrial-Chic Style

In heart of Zagreb pedestrian zone, next to many bars and restaurants. Great starting point for exploring city. Free: WiFi, cable tv, towels and linens, detergent for washing dishes and clothes, spices for simply cooking and coffee for coffee machine. I will try to help you as much I can to make you enjoy your stay. The building is in the heart of Zagreb's pedestrian zone, just steps from main square. There are bars, restaurants, bakeries, and shops right in front of the building and there are tram stops nearby to explore other parts of the city. Because of its location, everything you need to see in center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necesary. If you want to go explore some more, minute away from apartment on central town square are tram stops with trams that go to every part of city. Also, taxi stand is few steps from building.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
