The property is located right on the coast in the beautiful turquoise and dynamic bay of Kosirina. It provides privacy, surrounded by greenery and flowers in the shade of a centuries-old olive tree. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There are two French beds in the room (gallery). The living room is glazed with mobile walls and overlooks the sea and the entire bay. You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).

Private bay residence is located in a beautiful bay, a little far from other places, and guests can enjoy nature, peace and quiet, crystal clear sea and beautiful view. The bungalow has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, an outdoor dining area, and an outdoor shower. The bungalow has private access, parking, free wifi, and towels, linens and a welcome drink from home are included for all guests. A path just a few meters long leads to the sea.

This place is a fantastic garden home, The wonderful neighbourhood and very quiet. 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom , large private terrace covered with a grape vine canopy and views of the Adriatic Sea and Old Town. Great for friends/families travelling together. Sleeps up to 6. Not suitable for limited mobility because of climbing stairs.
