This private and tranquil apartment in the old city center has been thoroughly modernized with every convenience for a comfortable stay. Main sights and museums are just a few minutes walk each direction you choose. Many parks, the best restaurants, cafes and shops are right here. Ideal place to stay; in the center of it all, yet nice and quiet. Spacious and newly renovated, apartment Zagreb’s Heart is situated in a PERFECT LOCATION. Right in the middle of it all, yet VERY QUIET and peaceful with garden entrance. Complete privacy! The location is one of the best ones in Zagreb as Ilica street leads you directly in easy 5 min on foot to the Main square or in 3 min to all the museums and main historical sites (2 min walk from funicular to old Upper Town). The infrastructure is excellent; there is a bank next door with 24h ATM, several grocery stores, health food stores and bakeries few steps away, lots of restaurants and shops and famous open market Dolac is several minutes by foot. This is the most famous shopping street in Zagreb. If you like to walk, run or just relax in a park, one of the biggest parks Tuškanac is 3 mins. from the apartment. The passage to Tuškanac park from Ilica street is very popular area with high end designer ateliers, bars and art movie theatre. Pedestrian zone with popular Flower Square is a short walk also. There you can find the only shopping mall in city centre. Fully furnished and equipped apartment with high ceilings that combine historical elements with modern décor can comfortably accommodate 3 guests and a child. There is one king size bed, one foldout bed and a crib. The place consists of spacious living room, kitchen and dining area, very large bedroom with king size bed and plenty of closet space and a bathroom with a shower. The place is very quiet with fresh garden air so you can leave your windows open on warm days and nights which is a rare find in city centre. It is situated on the second floor accessible by stairs, secured by separate entrance with intercom. The building itself was newly reconstructed and is very well maintained. We supply unlimited WIFI internet free of charge. There is LCD TV in the apartment with over 80 international channels including sport channels, news channels, channels for kids and more. The apartment is very warm during winter with central heating unit for individual regulation and cool during summer with AC as well. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving). There is a washing machine, ironing board and an iron provided as well. Hair dryer is also provided. Fresh linen and lots of white fluffy towels are standard offer of the apartment, all proffesionaly cleaned. There is a pair of disposable slippers for every guest to feel more comfortable. You will have exclusive access to the whole apartment with all its amenities including fully equipped kitchen, LCD TV with cable - international channels, free wifi, great air condition, central heating, personalised guidebook with our local recommendations and insight tips for full Zagreb experience. We provide airport shuttle, a travel cot, high chair and much more on request. I am available to my guests for any help or information 24/7. Hopefully you will fall in love with Zagreb like many do! The apartment is in the very center of Zagreb. Easily walk to all historical sites and museums, bars and restaurants, amazing parks, shops, and a supermarket across the street. A famous open market and an art movie theater are within a few minutes' walk. There is a beautiful park for a morning run or an evening walk nearby. Park your car in a nearby garage because you will not need it during your stay. Also, tram stop is steps away with direct connection to Central Railway or Central Bus station. Most main city attractions and sites are right here. Everything is within a walking distance, no need for a car. Many areas are pedestrian zones. Central station and bus terminal is several (direct) tram stops away. Tram stop is just a minute away. I will send you detail directions when you book. Taxi in Zagreb is not expensive, there is also Uber and Taxify service available. If you wish, I offer VIP taxi pickup from the airport at reduced price to all my guests. If you are arriving with private car, a daily ticket is available at price of 60 HRK (app. 8 EUR/day) or a weekly ticket for 200 HRK (26 EUR/week) at a fantastic nearby public garage Tuškanac. There is a charger for electric vehicles as well. You can pull over shortly at street entrance in front of the apartment to leave the luggage if you wish to do so. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator in the building.

Step Between Centuries at a Colorful-Eclectic Home

This 3B apartment is located on second of the overall three floors in the old stone made Building, with the main entrance of the Building next to the central City Park Emanuel Vidović, with the intercom provided (buzzer DELIC).Guests are provided with set of the three keys, great security and privacy. As you get the interior, your first impression is "wow huge effect" due to this high ceilings facility, with hallway, living room, kitchen and dinning place, put all together in an open concept common place. Design of the place is modern (grey) in combination with traditional "warm" colors as Diocletian's purple and coastal blue. Absolutely unique place to stay and very functional accommodation in every way, up to the smallest details! Three bedrooms are with double/king beds. First - the master bedroom with king size bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom with double bed, fridge on the hand, attached to the balcony. The third bedroom with king size bed and one single - bunk bed, is suitable for couples as well for children due to the amenities provided. None of the bedrooms is attached to each other. Diversity offers gives you the option of choosing precisely the bedroom that best suits your characteristics and habits. Living space and the kitchen are positioned in the middle of the apartment with sea and forest view, connecting the bedrooms as spacious common space, with sofa bed for 2 extra guests /queen size 140*220 cm/. "Red" bathroom is equipped with hot tube, shower and everything else that matters. "Gold" bathroom is fully equipped, such as washing machine, sky shower. This one is providing unlimited hot water, which is very important issue for bigger groups. I'm pointing this up as the fact that this opportunity is mainly not provided in Downtown accommodation properties. Balcony has two levels, connected with original old stone made stairs. Get the real feel of the Dalmatian chat - coffee break in the open air, sitting on the stairs, in nice shadowed and quite ambient. This is as well permitted smoking area for you. Generally, pets are not permitted, EXCEPT for dogs and ONLY if it's been approved by the owner before booking. All together, the place is luxuriously spacious for 6 guests, but spacious enough for 3 more guests. All together, there is 4 ACs (each bedroom plus living), 4 flat TV's (smart applications), free WiFi, 2 fridges, coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen /great choice of the dishes, glasses, kitchenware, accessories/, 2 bathrooms /2 hairdryers, 2 hair straighteners/, lots of linens - duvet sets, lots of towels, covers, blankets, ... Excellent choice for bigger groups, more couples, families with kids, business people who are taking their families on trip, or public persons for their "gateaways". Location of the place is in the middle way of the all fabulous sights and events taking place in Split, such as, Promenade Riva, Diocletian's Palace, Theatre, Spaladium Arena /music and sport's events hall/, Stadium Poljud /Ultra Festival event/, Poljud Beauty Pools, Central night club, Marjan Hill Forest, business facilities. In fact, it is placed on the main street which leads you straight down/south/ to the Old Center, and vice versa, up /north/ to the Stadium Poljud, named Zrinjsko Frankopanska street. Due to this location, you won't find yourself asking which way should I go, as it is very easy to find, come and go. All of it. During the stay, owner is fully available with advices and help of all kind. Guests can get some tips about Split and Dalmatia on FBK House DelMarco page. Welcome package includes the main groceries and welcome drinks for first night/morning stay - free of charge. Guests can make their own lists with main groceries or point up any other specific needs, in advance, so it could be arranged by the owner, and make the stay even more comfortable! This is a popular residential part of Split next to the great city park Emanuel Vidović. The Diocletian's Palace and seaside promenade are minutes' walk away, and nearby marketplaces offer an excellent choice of fresh food, shops, bakeries, and bars. Guests are available to use lots of free public parking spots around the place. Also, there is lots of low priced parking spots /price is 4,00 kn /0,53 €/per hour - daytime/. On demand, owner could arrange the transportation from/to airport. Nearby there are few bus stations, taxi available on call or in walking distance, in few minutes. Cleaning is flexible, according to the wishes of the guests, on their demand. Residence (tourist) tax is included in the price. Because of its location, everything you need to see in center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necesary. If you want to go explore some more, minute away from apartment on central town square are tram stops with trams that go to every part of city. Also, taxi stand is few steps from building.
