Very nice place to stay ! Hostess great

Nika was an amazing host! The place was just as described and our group was very comfortable. Nika went above and beyond in being a great host (e.g. our kids were feeling a bit hot in the home and Nika had 2 new fans sent in a couple hours). She was also very kind, helpful and extremely responsive! The location of the home was also great - we were at a 5 mins driving distance from the happening spots. Highly recommend!

There were 6 of us + a toddler. The villa was easy to find. Unfortunately, the person who was waiting for us on site only spoke Croatian. But you could still communicate well with your hands and feet. The check-in went without any problems. The villa was in pristine condition, we felt right at home. There is a bathroom and an extra toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room, unfortunately the cool air does not reach the 3 bedrooms. That's why it was pretty warm at night. Upon request, we received a travel cot and a high chair. The location is a bit out of the way, but you know this beforehand, so it was not a problem for us. Overall, everything was a 5/5

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Zadar, 1min Walk from the Sea and 20min Footwalk in City Center. The Host was always available on Whatsapp and the Family was very nice. The Vila was just Perfect and very beautiful with turtles in the Garden, best place ever, i recommend everyone going there and maybe we will come there another time again! :)

We spent a week in Marija's apartment & would go back in a heartbeat! Super quiet, beautiful countryside & cozy apartment. Marija was very accommodating & helpful. The hot tub was also a highlight🤩

The garden and the olive trees are very nice.

We stayed at the place for 6 days. It is a detached bungalow opposite the house of the owners. The bungalow was very clean and matched the pictures. Air conditioning is available. There is also an outdoor shower and a hammock outside, which we were allowed to use. In general, the owners were very friendly with us! They brought us treats almost daily (fresh melon, pickled cherries, figs, as well as cooked tomato sauce). On the day of arrival, we received a bottle of homemade schnapps in addition to cookies. The sea is about 2 minutes' walk away and simply beautiful there! We were completely satisfied and would definitely come back! Thanks for a great stay! 🫶🏽

I was with my friends for two weeks in the accommodation on vacation and we had a very nice stay. You are very well connected to the sea and can reach Zadar in 30 minutes by car. There aren't many tourists, which makes the place very quiet. The people who were there were all very friendly and open. Overall, we highly recommend the accommodation :)

10/10 simply unsurpassed!!! this is exactly what you are looking for the owner is always in touch incredible view from the window many places for swimming nearby, the closest of them right under the windows just perfect for a family vacation! Amazing!!!

We (2+3 kids) had spent 4 night's in the apartment. It has been really great time, peaceful and quiet. Katarina and her family were very friendly and supportive. Apartment is very well equipped and functional. Sandy beach does helped too. Really nice area to spend few days or longer to relax. Kids were happy too, that's the main thing. Overall We would easily recommend it for the future. Thank you for your kind support Katarina, wish you and your family all the best!!!

The place is cosy, comfy with a great terrace. The owners downstairs are really nice. The rooms have been renovated, and they are better than what we had seen in the pictures. The cat ( the owner of the terrace ) is also nice. 😊 A map would be useful, when finding the exact location. But thank you, we all had a great time!

Željka is a very nice host. The communication with her is perfect and easy. We had everything we need. We got a nice present and a bottle of wine. Our dog and 4 year old child were also warm welcomed. We also so a delphi during our breakfast on the balcony. We will come back for sure.

Peace, quiet, complete privacy in every way. Perfect place to stay , nice location , in a word 5+.

We stayed with Antonio in the house for 10 days in August. We were received very nicely by Antonio's mother, who carries out the check-in. She lives in a unit in the house, is available for questions but otherwise you don't notice her much. One evening, she grilled delicious fish for us. Great big pool, great outdoor kitchen and clean house. All as described. I will gladly come back.

The appartment is perfect for a family. the children enjoyed the pool. peaceful. away from the crowded city. thanks Marko. ljubač is a pretty village . nice restaurant with good quality . and we also discovered many nearby beaches such as Ražanac and Nin.

Very nice hosts. Great views. The pool is quite large, well-maintained. The cottage is tidy and tidy. The house is clean, tidy, and welcoming. There will be unforgettable memories. Highly recommend.

We had a very lovely stay here. The house is situated in a quiet location, with lots of privacy. Garden with pool was wonderful to relax in. Zvonko was very friendly and helpful. Truly recommended!

I was at Damir's house with my kids and husband. It was very pleasant and very nice. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and also on the beach. Damir is a very friendly host. Since we arrived late, he picked us up at the supermarket and took us to his house. The mom brought us fresh crêpes the next day and when they grilled he grilled extra fresh fish for us. A very warm family and a very nice house. Thanks Damir for the wonderful time☺️!

We loved our week in this house! Thank you Tea for your warm welcome and for the supplies that you left in the fridge. The pool was private and warm, the terrace was perfect for relaxed meals and there were supermarkets and services in reasonably close proximity. The house made a great base for visiting the different towns and beaches, but we were equally happy relaxing "at home" in the sunshine.
