Our stay in Ljubač was lovely. The view from our balcony was fantastic, especially at sunset. Checking in and out was impeccable and the place has everything you need. If something is missing, Marc will be there immediately and take care of it. We found the apartment in a sparkling clean condition and the outdoor pool and garden made the little paradise perfect. Marc is a very warm host who is always available and has great tips for excursions or restaurants ready. The evenings we spent together with him and other guests of the house in his own small restaurant were other highlights of our vacation. Marc was more of a friend than a host for us during our stay. We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything Marc 😊

Antonio’s place is well equiped, clean and tidy. You will find here everything you need. Location is perfect if you are planing to visit Pag and Zadar. Not far away by car you will find many beautiful beaches. Great choice to stay here 100% recommend.

Great well equipped apartment. Very good kitchen, table, nice terrace, washing machine. We had everything we needed for our stay. Our vacation was great. Jovici is a small town but it is convenient location for visiting Zadar, Pag, Nin and many beaches. For some reason, Airbnb is showing the wrong location of the apartment. It's good that Jovici's neighbors are very friendly, always ready to help:)) It's necessary to look for Apartmani Ante directly on Google maps.

If I could give more stars, fantastic hospitality, cleanliness. We wanted what we wanted. Accurate description , helpfulness. Just great!

What we found in Ljubač was a quiet and beautiful place for a family vacation with beautiful sea, great hosts and warm welcoming people all around.

We arrived late at night and had some difficulty locating the apartment. Anita, however, was waiting to greet us with a smile and happily showed us around the apartment. The local area is lovely, it's a short walk to a small beach, lots more available just a short drive away. There's a small local shop/bakery just 5 minutes walk from the apartment and a bigger supermarket less than 10 minutes drive away. We spent 4 nights exploring the local area and would definitely recommend both the area and Anita as a host.

The appartment is perfect for a family. the children enjoyed the pool. peaceful. away from the crowded city. thanks Marko. ljubač is a pretty village . nice restaurant with good quality . and we also discovered many nearby beaches such as Ražanac and Nin.

Direct and side sea view with landscape panorama, super clean apartment, good facilities, very good air conditioning, modern window shutters that really darken, practical outdoor shower, stable internet. Our child was happy about the cats, the dog and the 3 swings (instead of the no longer available trampoline) in the garden. The host is super friendly and always helpful. Beautiful, child-friendly, very flat sloping sandy beach with free umbrellas 5min walking distance. 2 nice restaurants with playgrounds by the sea. 20min to the beautiful old town of Nin. We had a delightful time.

Great place, friendly hosts, great location

We rented this place for one night. Unfortunately , the room was no longer available. The host offered us if it would work for us to stay in their home in their room. We had the option to cancel the reservation. For one night it was great for us. Beautiful house. Facing the sea and the cliffs. A beautiful garden with figs, tomatoes, lemon , etc! We were welcomed with a very fresh syrup as well as freshly cut watermelon and figs from the garden. A very nice warm welcome from this family. They did everything to make sure we were as good as possible despite the cancellation of the room. We slept in their room. The bed is comfortable. It was hot , but in the initial rental provided there is air conditioning. Thanks for your hospitality!

We were super satisfied with our place ! Full 5 stars ! Host is super friendly and always available. The place itself was clean and nicely furnished and has a great view of the sea. We will definitely book the place again on the next Croatia vacation !:)

I recommend it

The perfect place for active families with children and a car who want to explore Dalmatia. There are a number of nice sandy / rocky beaches and bays within 10 minutes drive of the apartment. The beaches are sheltered, clean and shallow so are perfect for small kids. Take your own parasol or sun-shade because in Croatia many of the nicer beaches dont have much shade. If you have a boat then moorings can be arranged in Vrsi. Plitvice lakes, Krka, Velebit and Paklenica national parks are not too far away. Mini markets are nearby in Vrsi, larger supermarkets are 25 minutes away in Zadar. The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. It is located in a peaceful, friendly rural village away from the main highway so the kids can go off exploring safely. Danijela and her family are great hosts and a fine example of Croatian hospitality. They really looked after us during our stay, and cant thank them enough for making our holiday truly amazing. Great place to stay! The accommodation was super clean and very well maintained – you immediately feel comfortable. Unfortunately, it is a little far from the nearest town. Otherwise, it's really perfect – absolutely recommended!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

There were 6 of us + a toddler. The villa was easy to find. Unfortunately, the person who was waiting for us on site only spoke Croatian. But you could still communicate well with your hands and feet. The check-in went without any problems. The villa was in pristine condition, we felt right at home. There is a bathroom and an extra toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room, unfortunately the cool air does not reach the 3 bedrooms. That's why it was pretty warm at night. Upon request, we received a travel cot and a high chair. The location is a bit out of the way, but you know this beforehand, so it was not a problem for us. Overall, everything was a 5/5

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment in a very quiet and peaceful location. Very close to supermarkets and only few minutes drive to the beach which is nice! The jacuzzi was definitely a plus! Very responsive host! Overall we had a lovely stay! Would recommend!

It was really gorgeous! The rooftop apartment was stunning and everything was modern and clean. The host also received us in a friendly way and was also very helpful! I will definitely return! :)
