great spot - you will like it. close to downtown and beach and also good islolation and privacy !

We are more than excited about the accommodation and also by our caregiver Danijela and look forward to our next stay! Danijela was always available, always on hand and very eager to clarify everything. The apartment and the breathtaking view of the sea are beautiful, very neat and worth every penny. The pool was never too crowded, you always got a place. The food and drinks at the pool bar are absolutely affordable and taste very good. Very friendly and accommodating staff there too. Thanks for a great week at your place!

It was the best Camping experience ever! We had a very nice tent with our pun kitchen. The people working there were so friendly and lovely helping every time when we needed something. And also the main area with kitchen and a lot of places to sit and relax or also to work. You have there so beautiful sunsets enjoying a drink! I recommend this camping 100% it is not to far from Zadar city and in Ljubac you have not crowded beaches and everything you need. I hope to see you soon!! Thank you!!

We had a very pleasant stay. Friendly and quick communication, very clean and tidy flat, everything is very well taken care of and the area is nice and quiet. Highly recommended!

Ivica’s place is really nice. All pool towels were provided for the great private pool. Also there were four mountainbikes to use as well as a bbq (with utensils) and ping pong table. Really friendly reception and proactive and swift responses to questions. Location is private and quiet. This is abound but you do need a car to get around and to restaurants. All in all, excellent stay and value for money.

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

Very nice and quality time spent with the family thanks to the accommodation. The accommodation is exceptional due to its location in the shade and the campsite, which is very clean and tidy. The 5-7 minute walk to the beach or back was not tiring at all, knowing that there was shade waiting on the porch or the beach. Home has all necessary items to spend active holiday. Camp personal were very polite and responsive. Thanks to the host for the liqueur and apologies for the communication misunderstanding during booking. We definitely recommend it to everyone who wants a vacation.

Absolutely special accommodation, the apartment looked exactly like the photos. The amenities were above average (washer with laundry detergent, dishwasher with tablets, vacuum cleaner, quality kitchen equipment), satellite TV (HBO, netflix, amazon prime…). Windows have mosquito nets, blinds for full blackout, air conditioning, of course. We received a crib upon request. There was also a utility room where a baby stroller could be stored, for example. The advantage was the covered garage. The shaded patio was very welcoming. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach and about a minute from the local grocery store. The host was very welcoming and kind. Definitely recommend :)
